The number of times you’ve to interfere while AI writes code has been falling off a cliff. It's just like self-driving cars where number of interventions per mile keeps going down.

Filed a complaint o National Human right commission & CPGRAM on BJ Medical College, Pune on forced hostel stay for 3 three years of PG medical students
Making reels on the pathetic situation of resident doctors and sharing it on Insta & X won’t solve 30 years old toxicity. Interviewing old toxic doctors that glorify inhumane & illegal duty hours as hardworking too won’t eradicate toxicity.
But only a few concrete actions would do. Filed two complaints on CPGRAM and on NHRC portal to regarding long duty hours, non-maintenance of transparent duty rosters, non-maintenance of actual duty hours & week off data and any other kind of human rights violations
Post graduate medical students (all three years) of BJ Government medical college, Pune are forced to live in hostels over the all three years citing nature of job as a lame excuse whereas neither NMC nor Maharashtra government mandated such a forced hostel stay for the entire course
This is nothing but a serious human rights violation against article 21 that guarantees right to life and liberty and article 42 that promises just and humane working conditions
Also if the PG students want to move out of hostel for some personal work or entertainment, management used to harass by quizzing them useless questions before sanctioning permission as it is their prerogative
Are PG medical students kindergarten children? What does this BJ medical college follow? who has given them the rights to snatch basic human rights of PG students ?
