@AmazonUK I’m wondering why your company feels it’s ok that after 30 days I’ve still not been issued a refund on my products. I know @JeffBezos can afford to lose £41 but some of us can’t 💁🏻‍♀️ ps your telephone customer service team are appalling

@AmazonHelp That I had to “wait” and a refund could not be issued at this time even though it’s been 30 days (the length of time I was initially told I had to “wait”) 23 mins on the phone approx 16 mins of this on hold to be told this !

@BorisJohnson Please can you stop telling people it’s ok to send children in to schools as childcare. Schools are NOT babysitting services & those of us who work in schools have our own families to go home to & are fearful enough as it is now about spreading this virus.
