@COVID19_disease I use a travel nasal spray with carrageen, have the air nozzle on high above my head, wear an N94 or higher mask and I've yet to contract covid, or indeed anything else on any flight. It's not difficult, it's not expensive and it does save your life.

@D_Bone Have a look at my post on DGBA. If you have hyperPOTS u have slowing of the gut water reabsorption and faecal loading which drives further sympathetic activity and Mc degranulation. MC degranulation can trigger tachy or SVT. Look at post on Histamine intolerance

In order to treat POTS you need to understand what is causing the symptoms.
There are 3 underlying pathophysiological contributors to POTS, I believe all are active in all POTS pts, it’s just which is the predominant one
