@ElenaWa14383619 @XyxvYella Carioca with high knees is usually done by runners and athletes working on explosive lateral moves. Don’t like him, but he’s doing it fine.

@XyxvYella The service people with him executed it perfectly. Pete needs to keep his knees down and remember why this is a good stretch 😞

She's so desperate to have privilege and power that she's willing to stand next to a philandering husband. Nothing honorable about it just greed simple greed. You're a revolting disrespectful person for having put her in this position. She's a weak power hungry woman for having made the video.

@CarolynSow45699 @WakandaPanda He’s doing Carioca drill with high knees, which is preferred by runners, football, basketball players. Lower knees is for lateral agility.

@WakandaPanda He was facing away from the others. Had to be in the front row. Thus he didn't see how others were doing this exercise

@Navaraaa @foldsproteinsII No it’s because you are too dumb to realize all those ingredients make a poison mixed together. So I moved on to the next question no one has answered. At least you tried to look smart for a minute

@AllRise__99 @wonderofscience The sun will become a red giant. 1 billion years it will become brighter and hotter and make earth too hot for life. 5 billion years it will expand and engulf earth. Then become a white dwarf. And mars will not be spared due to heat and change in orbit.

@unlearn16tweet @300mirrors I must admit I still think Page as Achilles would be a miscast (my opinion), but for all the drama surrounding their casting, Page may actually be Elpenor, the first ghost Odysseus encounters in the underworld.

@1n44n6 @JamesD0101 @RonFilipkowski Iliad is about the Trojan war. Odyssey is about Odysseus trying to get home after the war. Achilles is dead, Odysseus meets him in the underworld. Helen is back in Sparta. Telemachus visits King and Helen to get info about his father's whereabouts. (chapter 4).

@BSmithBenS Actual medical experts (unlike "Dr" Dawn Michael) confirm borax (sodium tetraborate) is a cleaning agent with no proven human health benefits when ingested and carries risks of nausea, kidney damage, seizures, and toxicity in larger amounts.

Masks in surgery vs use to decrease viral load. One of the great failures of modern discourse is the inability to distinguish “mixed evidence” from “evidence of zero effect.” Masks in surgery were partly adopted from theory, plausibility, and precaution long before modern RCTs existed. Respiratory virus masking has similarly mixed data depending on compliance, setting, timing, and pathogen. Science is rarely a Marvel movie with perfect certainty and glowing shields. It is probabilities, tradeoffs, and imperfect humans interacting with biology. Small preventive measures with low risk are often acceptable even when the benefit is modest, because population health is built from incremental reductions in risk, not magic talismans. Viral load matters. Reducing the amount of virus you inhale may not completely prevent infection, but it can reduce severity by giving the immune system a smaller initial battlefield. People demanding 100% effectiveness before accepting any intervention would have rejected antibiotics, seatbelts, and anesthesia. But hey, here on X people love to sound erudite. But they would still be upset if their surgeon didn't mask during operation and if they were going on the MV Hondius I bet they'd wear a mask
