@peggyrockbottom Cruise control isn't good enough because it doesn't properly adjust for incline/decline, at least with my car. It varies by a whole 5-7mph. Manually, I get 3.
Folks, if you ain't otw then stay home. Y'all can't drive, can't read radar, can't forecast on your own, and probably film vertical facing the wrong direction. Glad today didn't live up to it's full potential. We've almost been t-boned, rear-ended, and sideswiped today! Thank you
I'm not entirely sure why these storms in KS are underperforming. The only weak parameters I see are the Critical Angle not being that great, making it hard for storms to ingest inflow, and a high LCL, which idk why it's high. #moderaterisk#tornado
@ChasingWConnor@amarkowitzWX All the soundings had poor critical angles. I'm no expert but on days when the soundings are showing good CA's we seem to see more tornadoes
@amarkowitzWX I think it’s fairly evident something is wrong at some level of the environment. Even your favorably “popped off storms” are doing nothing despite what appears to be a favorable environment.
The issue here isn't the environment...plenty of wind shear, high instability (CAPE), and sufficient mid-level lapse rates. It's like a pressure cooker where IF something pops off, it can really grow but it needs a trigger. No forcing mechanism and you just get unrealized potenti
The most boomer coded thing I see on a regular basis is an old work van driving by with a business name like "A1 Heating and Cooling" you know they only chose that name because at some point someone told them to do it because they will be listed first in the phone book.
Be honest… 👀
What game are you playing RIGHT NOW that has you ignoring texts, losing sleep, and saying “just one more” for 3 hours straight? 🎮🔥
If you don’t answer, I already know it’s bad 😭⬇️
@RepNancyMace Why do we as people need their names? What are we gonna do with their names? What we need is for the government to start delivering justice, but they seem to be doing nothing.
