Codex blows my mind sometimes 🤯

@rough__sea in fact you can ^D out Codex, maybe terminal issue

Using coding agents in the terminal is great - I'm a vim user, I feel most at home there. But these super super fancy TUIs rub me the wrong way. They're kinda the opposite of why a terminal is preferred in the first place. I just want a simple REPL - like sqlite3. You can't even ^D out of codex.
