@AskLyft continues to their support of fraudulent charges against their customers. They are charging me $150 based on anecdotal evidence of damage provided by the driver, no other explanation or evidence provided. @lyft continues to enable scammers to take advantage of people.

@erhall1 @nrlangley Slow bandwidth can be a challenge particularly when sounds starts being affected with do sequent loss of the flow of the session. I have not found the right bandwidth for both video and sound from the device settings yet! #HMIchat

Great questions! One strategy my colleague @nrlangley has used in the past is to invite during small groups to have cameras on. #HMIchat Guess we also need to consider - how does the "camera on" impact learning --- for example slows bandwidth, distracts learning, etc ?
