@atrupar He didn’t say murder by the way. He’s alluding to the fact that Trump is deteriorating before our eyes. He said that the day Trump fell asleep in the middle of a press conference.

@brooklyn7010 @JoyceWhiteVance You did talk about them, ad nauseum. It came to nothing because it was nothing. Your side made it all up. Now your side decided to get rid of one of your own after covering for him for years. How many more is your side hiding?

Swalwell has announced his resignation from Congress. It’s impossible not to ask why Texas Republican Tony Gonzales hasn’t done the same. And why the GOP doesn’t insist the Epstein files, which repeatedly mention the head of their party, be fully released.

@MeghanMcCain Why does it have to be all or nothing when it comes to Trump? I’ve been happy with most of his agenda, but when someone disagrees with him, he doesn’t have to throw them under the bus. He’s broken the conservative coalition with his behavior and Dems are enjoying this 💯

Let’s be absolutely clear here… Yes, the claims remain unproven, but that conclusion is itself subjective, given that the vast majority of the Epstein files have been suppressed, unreleased, or heavily redacted. When key evidence is missing or withheld, the absence of charges cannot reasonably be framed as exoneration. A lack of prosecution is not the same thing as innocence, particularly when material evidence remains inaccessible and control over disclosure has rested with individuals, including Trump, at the very centre of the allegations. What has been released so far is already deeply damaging for Trump. His name appears thousands of times throughout the Epstein files. Women identified as victims of Epstein’s paedophile sex-trafficking operation were employed at Trump’s club. Additionally, several claims reported to the FBI in connection with Trump are so disturbing that many mainstream media outlets have declined to publish them in full. This fundamentally undermines Trump’s repeated assertions that the Epstein files are meaningless, fabricated, or should simply be dismissed. Were these associations attached to an ordinary private citizen, without the insulation of political power or the presidency, that would by any standard, already place Trump as an accessory after the fact, even if he were miraculously not involved any deeper, other than in the cover up. I'm not a betting man, but I'd put my house on Trump's involvement in much more than we already know. Calls to outright apologise to Donald Trump are not only unnecessary, they're absurd. Quite apart from the Epstein files, Trump has repeatedly demonstrated in public, on record, and often proudly, that he warrants scrutiny, not sympathy. On an almost daily basis, he's supported or amplified rhetoric and policies widely criticised by human rights organisations as enabling mass civilian suffering abroad in the form of genocide, displacement, appropriation and colonial imperialism. He's used the Oval Office and the presidency to enrich himself and his family through documented conflicts of interest and ethically corrupt business arrangements, and he's advanced immigration policies rooted in dehumanisation, collective punishment, and racialised fear. Policies repeatedly compared by historians and legal scholars to those of Nazi Germany. He's undermined democratic institutions, attacked the rule of law, both domestically and internationally, encouraged political violence, vilified minorities, demonised the press, and treated accountability itself as an enemy to be destroyed rather than a democratic necessity. I cannot stress how deeply naive I find your position on this, Piers. This is not about prejudice or presumption of guilt. It’s about transparency and accountability. History doesn't look kindly on those who rush to shut down scrutiny in defence of the powerful. This is not the moment to rehabilitate reputations. It’s the moment to demand the full truth, wherever it leads.

“Iron Lung” pulled in an estimated $8.9 million on Friday for a first-place finish, an impressive result considering the film was self-distributed and funded by YouTube superstar Mark Fischbach, aka Markiplier. Domestic gross should climb to $17 million through Sunday, well past initial projections of $10 million. bit.ly/4a87Z78

BREAKING: Don Lemon was just arrested by the Trump DOJ. Trump is treading all over Americans’ rights! STATEMENT FROM ABBE LOWELL, ATTORNEY FOR DON LEMON: Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents last night in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy awards. Don has been a journalist for 30 years, and his constitutionally protected work in Minneapolis was no different than what he has always done. The First Amendment exists to protect journalists whose role it is to shine light on the truth and hold those in power accountable. There is no more important time for people like Don to be doing this work. Instead of investigating the federal agents who killed two peaceful Minnesota protesters, the Trump Justice Department is devoting its time, attention and resources to this arrest, and that is the real indictment of wrongdoing in this case. This unprecedented attack on the First Amendment and transparent attempt to distract attention from the many crises facing this administration will not stand. Don will fight these charges vigorously and thoroughly in court.

Starving states into submission: the admin's "integrity" playbook demands biometrics or breadlines. A grotesque innovation in governance cruelty. Issuing impossible 30-day biometric demands—knowing states couldn't comply—then withholding $80M (18% of MN's food funds) to create hunger crises. Court filings prove admin projected "service disruption" yet proceeded, risking 85,000 Minnesotans by March. Immediate appeal confirms this is policy, not error. When withholding food becomes federal leverage, the social contract bleeds.

Look guys I’m as conservative as they come but I’m just gonna go ahead and unquestioningly accept the left’s version of this case even though they’ve lied about literally every single case like this for the last 20 years. Yeah I think I’ll just assume that the open borders communists marching in the street and calling for the murder of law enforcement officers are the good guys in this scenario. I’m a smart and thoughtful person. You should take me seriously.

@EdKrassen What determines the nature of the situation is not the number of shots, but in which direction the poor woman had steered the vehicle right before being murdered. Observe the movement of the front tires. She was trying to FLEE. No way she coulda rammed. x.com/MURATMIHCIOGLU…

Apparently, the driver is NOT trying to run over the officer. Had her intent been so, she wouldn't have steered the vehice to her right, but instead accelerated directly onto him The woman was trying to LEAVE THE SCENE Trump's ICE got outta control. Paramilitary vibes all over

To all of the MAGA Republicans and ICE defenders who are claiming that this woman in Minneapolis, Minnesota, tried to run ICE officers over with her car before they shot and killed her, here is the actual video. As you can clearly see, there are three ICE officers to the side of her car, and she slowly pulls away as they shoot her in the face. This is Trump‘s America.
