Pleased to share the last story from my PhD work where we identified a novel susceptibility of glioblastoma cells to TNFR1-dependent cell death, targetable by CDK4i’s and suggest that NFkB inhibition can sensitize glioblastoma cells to TNFa-treatment! biosignaling.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…

I am ecstatic to announce that I have accepted the position of Assistant Professor at the Hormel Institute – University of Minnesota! The Rahrmann lab will launch in 2024 with a focus on exploring the role of ion channels in cell plasticity and metastasis in breast cancer #NALCN
