Any way to get some help with a dead @Tesla powerwall2 that has failed under warranty? It’s nearly been 2 months, and have been told 3-4 months before it will be resolved @elonmusk that seems very slow for an off the shelf product?

Is @ofgem still taking too long to get to action or is it giving a new company sufficient time to get their house in order. Personally i am still an octopus customer, but would like to see us avoid a repeat of all those less responsible energy companies going bust like last time.
