Codex deserves great tools. We are about to expand its toolkit a whole bunch and I can’t think of using anything else anymore for all my daily tasks, way way outside of coding.

Look, I have no allegiance to LLMs and harnesses, a better one comes in, I change. I changed often. I saw you all saying Codex is more careful, Claude is a loose cannon. I went to try Codex, again. No it's not even close for me. I don't know why, Claude Opus 4.5 (6) in Claude Code fits me like a glove. My only explanation thus far is that you people are letting it compact itself. Never! I am civilized, I control my compaction.

@schlimmson It’s nice! My thoughts after dealing with lots of bugs with Nativewind and moving to Uniwind were: if these tools (tailwind originally) were mostly created for DX and we are no longer writing most of the code… why bother on dealing with them? I went back to stylesheets. Wdyt?

@dosco @ryancarson @monotykamary Yeah I know you all put a lot of effort on bringing GEPA to typescript. Was talking more about general DSPy concepts. I can't see in the docs the equivalent of modules like chainOfThought for example. Is this implemented inside ax?

Ax brings GEPA + GEPA‑Flow to TypeScript. You don’t chase a single score anymore - you evolve a Pareto frontier (e.g., accuracy and brevity and cost) and pick the trade‑off your product needs. More complex code example for moderation with rationale discipline at the very end ↓

Got the TypeScript version of DSPy working while I was on the plane. It's called Ax. I was optimizing a prompt to extract fields from a flat PDF.
It took me an Amp less than an hour to get it working.
Programmatic prompting yay!

Why would you want a serial server action on an e-commerce app? 😬 As you know I think it's not the right design decision, but it was made specifically for making it easier to reason about the state of very stateful apps. FWIW there is nothing wrong about RSC plus React Query/SWR/etc. In fact, I'd say that is The Way To Go™️ We want to support e-commerce apps, but our primary internal use case is dashboards, so that's what is driving much of the feedback to the next team.

@rauchg It would be great to have a spend management webhook per project. To solve this now, as a patch, we need to have a project exclusively for managing spend management, so we can shut down a single service to look for possible issues.

@leeerob @BenLebich @vercel It's a great solution. As a feedback let me say that having a single webhook is not ideal. We would need a service handling this use case for all of our projects because if you add this webhook to a single project and it pauses itself then the rest projects won't be handled.
