🚨 What is a woman? Don't Ask the PA Dems 🚨 You can’t make this up. Pennsylvania Democrats introduced a Women’s History Month resolution, then pulled it when asked a simple question: what is a woman? Instead of answering, they backed down. They want to celebrate women, but won’t define who they are? That’s political gymnastics. Pennsylvania women deserve better than this. Dissenters will inevitably claim that SRY gene screening is invasive. It isn’t. It’s a simple cheek swab. There are NO genital inspections. Btw, getting your brain tickled with a Qtip like we did during COVID is far more invasive than the SRY gene screening. Bravo, IOC.

BREAKING NEWS: House of Horrors Abortionist Kermit Gosnell has died in prison. If you know the name, you know that it is synonymous with one of the most disturbing criminal cases in Pennsylvania history. Gosnell operated an abortion facility in West Philadelphia for decades. Investigators later referred to it as a “House of Horrors.” During trial in 2013, five long weeks of testimony revealed the truth of these horrors: Babies were born alive and then killed by having their spinal cords severed. Women were sedated, injured, and abandoned without proper care. Fetal remains were stored in jars and freezers. Filthy conditions, expired drugs, and broken equipment were rampant. One particularly terrifying quote heard during testimony: “The standard practice here was to slay babies.” While it is a blessing that these crimes were uncovered, they were done so by chance, mostly by accident. during a 2010 FBI raid for illegal drug use. A grand jury later found that state regulators had stopped inspecting abortion clinics for years, which allowed Gosnell's practices to continue. In the aftermath, Pennsylvania Family Institute worked to bring awareness to these atrocities and fight for more protection and accountability. This included helping to create the documentary 3801 Lancaster: American Tragedy, which tells the story through real testimony, courtroom footage, and interviews, including hearing from Gosnell himself. You can rent or buy the documentary: amazon.com/gp/video/detai… Gosnell was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. His death doesn't erase the death he caused, but it reminds us what happens when we ignore human dignity. We must never forget. All human life is precious and worth defending. Let this moment renew our conviction to protect the most vulnerable among us. Pennsylvania Democrat proposed The Fairness Act (HB300) deserves further scrutiny and discussion. Define sex. How many are there? Define gender. How many are there? Define gender identity and gender expression separately. How many identities are there? Sexual orientation is based on attraction to gender, not sex? Huh?

The latest mtg of the PA House Judiciary Committee should be a wake-up call for women across this commonwealth. In vote after vote, Democrats advanced legislation that benefits one special class above everyone else — trans-identifying males — while expecting women to accept the consequences in silence. This is when ‘fairness’ means erasing women bucksindependence.com/when-fairness-… via @broadandliberty

HB 300 - the so-called "Fairness Act" - will treat Christians like they belong to a hate group. What happens when the government forces citizens to choose between their faith and their livelihood? In this video from years ago, longtime florist Barronelle Stutzman shares her story. After nearly five decades in business, she faced lawsuits, years of legal battles, and the loss of her flower shop, simply because she declined to provide custom flowers for a same-sex wedding due to her Christian convictions. Barronelle served all types of customers for years and even had a friendly relationship with the customer who later asked her to design flowers for his wedding. But when Washington passed same-sex marriage laws, her decision to respectfully decline participating in a ceremony that conflicted with her beliefs led to legal action from the state and advocacy groups. Today, this fight has reached Pennsylvania with the dangerous House Bill 300, often called “The Fairness Act.” If enacted, the bill would amend the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as protected classes, impacting employment practices, housing policies, public accommodations, athletics, and private businesses across the Commonwealth. Hear Barronelle’s warning to lawmakers and citizens: consider the real-world consequences HB 300 have been shown time and time again. Her story is proof. "The latest state test scores show only 12 percent of students at Harrisburg High are proficient in reading. But it gets worse. Only 3 percent are proficient in science, and only 2 percent are proficient in mathematics. Those scores are beyond alarming." buff.ly/TFpvk4E
