There is no reasonable dispute about whether pediatric gender medicine is evidence based: it has never been evidence based. All statements to the contrary were lies. The lies were told by the heads of US medical lobbies and Democratic Party politicians from Joe Biden to your local school board member. They were always lies and since 2021 they have been proven lies. But even before the gigantic, self-conscious fraud through which a pseudo-consensus was astroturfed by serial and systematic acts of institutional deceit was exposed by authoritative state and non-state entities, it was self-evident that the claims were fraudulent because it is absurd to think that chemically castrating confused children to help them mimic the opposite sex could be medicine at all. Anyone who ever believed this could plausibly be real was a contemptible fool.

HB 300 is a sweeping ideological rewrite of Pennsylvania law. HB 300 will result in redefining human identity, coerce speech, punishing dissent, and placing families, faith-based institutions, and children squarely in the crosshairs of the law. Pennsylvanians deserve to know that truth, clearly, directly, and without euphemism.
