@NormOrnstein This two sidesism is one of the most destructive things in politics To some how equate what Dems do or what Obama and Biden did in the same universe as Trump and the Rs is a mockery

Jamie Dimon has sold out America for lower tax rates and less regulation. Equating Trump with Biden and Obama and the issue as "policy differences" is not just ridiculous, it is vile.
Axios@axios

NEW: On The Axios Show, @JimVandeHei asks Jamie Dimon why CEOs are “chickenshit” to speak out on politics. “I get asked ... by all my Democratic friends — ‘You got to say something.’ I said, ‘You didn't ask me to say something every time I didn't agree with Biden or Obama.’”

He’s right. This country has time and time again showed a large segment of the population does not want these things if Americans of a different shade gets to benefit as well. I don’t get how hard it is for people to understand that basic fact.
Tim@trouble_man90

Wanting universal healthcare is pointless at this point. Yall aren’t going to give Democrats a big enough majority and let them keep it long enough to pass something that big, and even if you did the Supreme Court would just strike it down. So again what’s the point??

@MMGOLFSTUDIOS If someone ran a 10.0 100 meter dash 50 years ago the equivalent performance improvement today would be an 8.0 using driving distance improvement % as an example comparison 250 yards to 300+

Every other sport on the planet has athletes running faster, jumping higher, throwing farther, lifting more… every single sport, every single year. Techniques, training, feedback, diet, learning from the past, etc Except, apparently, golf. It’s just the tech.

1973 Masters Jack Nicklaus with a thunderous swing on the 13th tee. Apparently they’re better players nowadays and better athletes than they used to be, what a load of BS!

The 12th Hole at Augusta National takes souls. Just devastating. Does anyone know why Rae's Creek is marked yellow instead of red?

MASTERS HISTORY Like many major championships @TheMasters wouldn’t be the great tournament that it is without the volunteers. Every year, I am lucky enough to board up for Masters week in a house owned by Golf Course Superintendents. During the ANWA they wake up at 3:30AM to get ready to mow the fairways of ANGC, to wisp the sand off greens, to make a magical place even more magical. My favorite stories they tell, are the ones about their first time on that crew. They are all deadly afraid they are going to scalp a green or miss their mowing line. They are the silent volunteer heroes that wake up early to make sure the scene is set for that day’s drama. They put in 12-15 hour days and come back to the house with the biggest smiles on their faces. A special thanks to the heirs of Old Tom Morris - the golf course superintendents!!! @TheMasters

Thank you @POTUS for taking action to ensure the continued integrity and sanctity of college athletics. I’m glad @universityofga President Morehead played a part in these steps to protect our student athletes and the sports we all cherish.

In 1910, Black Americans owned approximately 16 million acres of farmland. By the end of the 20th century, nearly 90% of that land was gone. This was not a coincidence. It was not laziness. It was not market failure. It was policy. Black farmers were denied bank loans, crop insurance, and federal assistance routinely given to white farmers. Land was seized through tax manipulation, fraudulent contracts, forced partition sales, racial terror, and USDA discrimination. When crops failed, white farmers received federal relief. Black farmers were often told to wait until foreclosure came first. Between 1920 and 1997 alone, Black farmers lost more than 12 million acres. This was one of the largest land dispossessions in American history, and it happened without headlines. Land builds wealth. Land builds inheritance. Land builds power. Take the land, you take the future. This is not ancient history. Its economic effects are still visible today.
