@O2 can you explain to me why I have “4G” showing on my phone in certain areas however am unable to make calls/texts or use any data?

@Barclaycard your online “help” is a shambles. Customer should be allowed to close their account without going through the faff that is waiting on your staff replying and asking multiple questions!!

@jack_laidler I managed to get into my account and import the order so it’s now showing there. Took me a few attempts as the website is so busy.

@emerfitzgeraldx @gigsandtours @peterkay_co_uk If you’ve got an account they will be in your account- orders. My email took a couple of hours Thursday but you can press “resend email” on your order to see if that speeds it up xx
