I am waiting for that moment when Hon. Mpuuga’s stay on the Commission is going to be determined by a decision from a retreat of NRM MPs to Entebbe State House. Because parliament must vote on this. An NRM vote in favor of his stay isn’t something he wants! That’s where this is going and NUP executive is aware. The reason Mpuuga should resign now before the big fall.
