I just built a fully mapped 131-skill GTM plugin covering every layer a founder or revenue team needs to run Claude without starting from scratch every session. Feed it your brand guidelines, your ICP, and your best-performing content → it maps every skill, command, and cross-reference to the right GTM function → so you know exactly which skill to trigger, what it produces, and how it connects to every other skill in the library. All inside one free plugin. Perfect for founders and revenue teams who are still re-explaining their brand and ICP every session, calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence, and getting inconsistent output because nothing is connected to a single source of truth. If you're running GTM on Claude in 2026, you already know the math - the teams shipping the most consistent output aren't prompting harder, they're running a plugin where every skill already knows the business before the first message is sent. Most teams have prompts without context, context without memory, and skills without a navigator to tell them which one to use. This plugin solves it: → The /bootstrap command runs a one-time onboarding interview and generates 4 foundational files so every future session inherits your brand, voice, goals, and memory automatically → 14 outbound and email skills covering cold email sequences, outbound optimisation, and BD emails built for partner pitches not cold sales → 19 LinkedIn, social, and content skills including a post writer that reads your SOUL.md before drafting so every post sounds like you not like AI → 13 analytics and research skills including 3 competitor intelligence skills at different depths and 5 analytics skills covering setup, interpretation, and tool-specific guidance → 8 SEO skills and 5 AI search skills including AEO optimisation for getting cited by Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity not just ranking on Google → A skill navigator meta-skill that recommends exactly which of the 131 skills to use for any GTM task so you never search the library manually No re-explaining your brand every session. No calling skills one at a time when a brief should run the whole sequence. No inconsistent output because skills are pulling from different sources. What you get: - /bootstrap command generating 4 foundational context files in one onboarding session - 131 skills across outbound, content, SEO, analytics, and strategy - Skills that cross-reference each other so cold email pulls from positioning, voice, and ICP simultaneously - 4 installation methods from one-click Cowork install to local git clone - Skill navigator meta-skill recommending the right skill for every GTM task Built from months of running every GTM function inside Claude without writing a setup prompt twice. Want it for free? >Like this post >Comment "PLUGIN" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I've been running an experiment for the last 6 months. I stopped writing LinkedIn content manually and rebuilt my entire workflow inside a single Claude project. Profile rewrites, weekly posts, lead magnet funnels, outbound DMs, sales call mining, all running off one connected system. The results have been absurd. So I documented the whole thing. Introducing the Claude LinkedIn Authority System. The exact setup, prompts, and 30-day sprint I use with SaaS and AI founders to turn their profile into a lead generation machine inside Claude. Here's what's inside the system: → 3 ways to plug Claude into your LinkedIn workflow (Claude project, Claude Code, API) → The content engine ICP > profile > 7-post weekly system > lead magnet funnel → 10 ready-to-run prompts profile, content, outbound, all sequenced → The Brand Intelligence Database a system prompt that learns your voice and generates on-brand content forever → The sales-call-to-content loop 10 transcripts in, 7 posts out, in one session → 30-day execution sprint week-by-week schedule from foundation to outbound to optimization Backed by 500+ calls booked for SaaS and AI founders running this exact workflow. Free for 48 hours. Like + comment "SYSTEM" and I'll DM it. (Must be following so I can DM you)

We spent months building a Claude Code system that runs outbound at our $7M ARR agency (and we're giving the whole thing away). Our head of GTM, Kenny, walks through the complete build on camera. Scores a target list against our ICP, pulls sales leaders via Apollo, enriches the missing emails, fetches our best-performing copy from Instantly's API, and loads 154 leads into Instantly with the copy and schedule set. Kenny packaged everything he used in the video below into a public starter kit. You get: → the GitHub repo → the CLAUDE md file we use → the Python scoring scripts Reply "send" and I'll DM you all three.

your icp is probably too broad "b2b saas companies" is not an icp "tech companies with 50+ employees" is not an icp real icps are specific enough that you can name 10 companies that fit perfectly we use a 6-layer icp framework: → firmographics (the basics) → technographics (tools they use) → behavioral signals (what theyre doing) → negative filters (who to avoid) → buying committee map (who to contact) → trigger events (when to reach out) built out the complete worksheet like + comment 'ICP' and i'll DM you. Around this time last year the AI coaching grift went full mainstream. People doing AI for 6 months selling coaching on how to build an AI agency. High ticket sales guys, info product people, lifestyle gurus all pivoting overnight. Some of them openly admitting they'd been at it for half a year while charging people thousands for the "blueprint." A lot of the information was just wrong. I called a few of them out on X. But I'd never thought about doing coaching myself. Wasn't on my radar at all. I was busy building my actual agency, Boom Automations. Now I'm 4 years into that. I always had people in my DMs asking questions. Helped where I could but never thought of it as anything more than that. Then in December one of them asked if I'd work with him one on one. I finally said yes and built a coaching program around it. Couple other people joined right after. What happened next changed how I thought about all of it. One member closed 4 clients in 3 weeks. Another closed 2 in 2 weeks. One guy hit $10k/month before he'd been in for a full month. The results keep coming. We keep adding more coaches and new calls every couple weeks. If you want to make money helping companies implement AI, you understand the opportunity in front of us, you want live calls, you want all the correct information in one place, and you want to be in a group of people doing the same thing and building alongside you, this is for you. This is the best information on building an AI agency that exists right now. And it's severely underpriced. Monday is the last day to get in for well under $1,000. Memorial Day is the cutoff. After that the price doubles. If you've already DM'd me about it and you've been sitting on it, this is your window. If you're seeing it for the first time, same thing. DM me "INNER CIRCLE" and I'll send you the details before Monday.

Everyone is using Claude right now. Very few founders are using it to drive real pipeline from LinkedIn. So I built a free resource with the exact Claude prompts I use to build full LinkedIn funnels… the same system behind the multiple clients we’ve generated over 6-figs for. Most people are using AI to write posts. Almost nobody is using it to build the actual infrastructure that turns LinkedIn into a lead machine. I’m sure I could sell these prompts in the future but for now they’re yours: Comment "Funnel" and I'll send it over. (You need to be following so I can DM it to you.)

We mapped 131 Claude plugins across 7 business categories (and we're giving the full directory away). Our GTM team runs outbound, content, reporting, ops, and research entirely out of Claude Cowork. It's how we compressed our tool stack this year without losing any function. The plugins do the work that used to require jumping between 10 different tools: building sequences, enriching leads, monitoring competitors, producing client reports, managing team workflows, and running research. Each plugin does a specific job: GTM and Outbound (22 plugins): → icp-definer: builds a trigger-first ICP from a guided interview → cold-email-writer: writes sequences in your voice using your brand file → reply-classifier: classifies inbound replies and routes each to a next action → trigger-signal-scanner: checks target accounts for hiring, funding, and tech changesContent and LinkedIn (18 plugins): → linkedin-post-writer: writes posts in your voice with hooks and CTAs → video-analyzer: extracts tactics and angles from any YouTube or Loom link → geo-article-writer: writes content structured to get cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity → content-repurposing-engine: turns one piece of content into 6 to 10 derivative assets Productivity and Operations (20 plugins): → day-planner: queues your Claude Code sessions in priority order before you open a tab → meeting-prep-brief: pulls full attendee intelligence before every call → sop-writer: converts any process description into a formatted standard procedure → email-triage: classifies your inbox and drafts responses in batchesResearch and Intelligence (12 plugins): → competitive-intelligence-monitor: tracks competitor content, pricing, and positioning → company-research-brief: full intelligence report on any account in 3 minutes → win-loss-analyser: surfaces patterns from your closed won and lost deal notes → market-sizing-calculator: TAM, SAM, and SOM across three scenarios You drop them into Claude Cowork, connect your tools, and tell it what you need. It reads the plugin, plugs into the platform, executes. 131 plugins. 7 categories. Every one documented with what it does, which connectors it needs, and when to use it. Comment SKILLS and we'll send the full directory over.
