I'll be honest with you guys, I have struggled with going to church lately. One Sunday it's a Jewish guest pastor telling everyone that they're not good Christians unless they support immigration. The next Sunday it's a Christian University professor having a self induced struggle session while he apologizes for the Crusades. I know what you're thinking, find a new Church. Easily said, but the reality is that you'll also lose those relationships and friendships that were built over the years. One thing I've found, having left two different churches in our city since 2020, is the cult-like attitude where you'll be ostracized from social groups if you don't attend the same church as everyone else. It's all very feminine in nature, and that's exactly the problem. Thucydides said, “The society that separates its scholars from its warriors will have its thinking done by cowards and its fighting by fools.” and the same applies to the church. I've met many pastors who have a solid understanding of the Word of God. I've never met one that could hold his own in a fist fight. Emasculated, feminine, weak. That's the state of the church, and why strong young men are leaving the church when they come of age. I look around in the pews and I see overweight, unhealthy, unhappy husks of men. Dead bodies, for all intents and purposes. Bones. Ezekiel felt the same way, as he records in his book, "I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. The Lord asked me, “Can these bones live?” I don't know, was essentially Ezekiels response. I look around and I don't know, either. The story goes on, "Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!" So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army." If you're feeling defeated as I am, and you have every right to be - just remember, that the gospel still has the power to resurrect the dead, and God is still moving. I don't have all the answers, and I don't know what to do about the weak and emasculated state of the church right now. But I know that the Lord has commanded us to prophesy that these dry bones, the remnant of the strength that was once within the church, would in Jesus name rise up again.

The bases confirmed to have been attacked include Olenya Air Base in the Murmansk Oblast, Belaya Air Base in the Irkutsk Oblast, Ivanovo Air Base in the Ivanovo Oblast, and Dyagilevo Air Base in the Ryazan Oblast, many of which are hundreds of not thousands of miles away from Ukraine and contain strategic bombers of the Russian Air Force. Ukrainian sources report that upwards of 40 Tu-95MS, Tu-160, and Tu-22M3 Long-Range Strategic Bombers we’re targeted and damaged in the attack, delivering one of the most significant blows in history to the Russian Air Force.
