Paid extra charges to correct a spelling mistake on the ticket, but the revised ticket still came back with the same mistakes uncorrected. Charging customers without actually fixing the issue is unacceptable. @etihad @EtihadHelp

Feels like the schedule was quietly adjusted just to avoid refund eligibility — without our consent. Really disappointing experience from both @etihad and @ixigo. Customers deserve transparency, not tricks.

@EtihadHelp This still does not address my issue. Were due to fly 25th May & the FCDO advise against all but essential travel. I therefore wish to cancel my flight as I can’t get insurance.I am not prepared to pay cancellation charges for a situation out of my control

This is simply revenue making from all the people who are booked to go away during the half term. The situation hasn’t changed so why do #Etihad think it ok to change things

Cant possibly travel against FCDO advice voiding our insurance with a 7 year old (we may have thought about it if just 2 of us) Happy to reschedule for next year but won’t even allow that. Awful customer service! Let us know if get anywhere.
