Mueller had nothing to do with the launch of Crossfire Hurricane. He took it over after Team Trump's bungling of its takeover--Flynn getting insta-canned over lying about meetings with Russians, Sessions recusing himself--made a special counsel necessary.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran.
