Still not heard anything back from @British_Airways regarding my cancelled flight to Tenerife South which was rebooked via Barcelona to Tenerife North, which landed 7.5 hours later than 1st flight was meant too & without out luggage, which was left in Barcelona.

Thank you to @BBCMorningLive for warning people about the horrors of choosing #wickes. Interesting that they gave the same #sorry without actually fixing anything or taking responsibility. Great to hear a solicitor say that WICKES ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR FITTERS.

@Stacey_M85 @Wickes @Fionatreaton It seems their internal customer care has no management or direction. I’m currently 9 weeks still waiting for my kitchen to be finished. Their customer care hasn’t responded since 28th August. @wickes are experiencing some kind of internal crisis?

@Wickes @BBCWatchdog Our kitchen was started on 17th April. We are still waiting for it to be finished. We were told it would take 7 working days. It has now been almost 5 months. Shameful service from Wickes. Is this the company you wish to portray?
