@royalenfield I’ve been receiving the same response “Our concerned team will get in touch with you shortly” for the past 3 weeks, but issue still hasn’t been resolved. The support team had also informed me that it would be resolved within 48 hrs, yet I haven’t received any call back or update.

@royalenfield @EicherMotorsLtd Honestly disappointed. I trusted the brand for its quality, but my experience says otherwise. A minor issue has turned into a long, frustrating process , case CAS-95081808-Y6J7L3 still unresolved. Premium bikes deserve premium support.
