You’re trying to generalize her argument, so it makes sense to dunk on it. She obviously isn’t talking about the women that either want to be safe or need it for other hormonal issues. She’s talking about the specific situation where one puts themselves at risk just so the man is allowed to come inside of them because they don’t want to wear a condom in which case why are you even sleeping with a man that’s willing to put you at risk of pregnancy and STDs. You can simply not allow the man you’re seeing to come inside of you, and use a copper iud instead which is almost as effective with less of an impact in your body. Women that want to be safe shouldn’t allow the man ejaculating inside regardless of what form of birth control they are using, why would you increase the risk? It’s one thing for him to accidentally do it once or twice, it’s another thing to deliberately do it because you think it’s safe.

Okay let’s break this down. Sex therapist I’m assuming is recommending to make out every night with your spouse. We do not know how many times they are having sex. Nowhere did it say that they are making out and not having sex or doing it every single night for that matter. Next, “what if he gets turned on” this does not mean that these women are trying to deny their husband every night! This is just a question of how you do a daily make out ritual on the days you are maybe not feeling like being sexually intimate when your husband expects sex after making out.
