I'm thinking of getting a Model S.
It's the only Tesla we all haven’t owned, and with it being sunsetted, what better time than now? I’d love to experience one.
There are still great deals on the used market. I'm okay with HW3 (it has to be included) since I’ll still have my M3P with AI4.

Last note on this - ppl ask me how we’re able to do this in such a bad market environment. TLDR; we’re obsessive.
The team culture, incentives and systems are set up in a way that constantly measure, inspect, iterate and reward on performance. E.g. I know the performance of every individual on my team in real time, and our leaders proactively analyze our performance and work with our models and people to improve them daily. Decisions are federated, and there’s no pure managers. We just have a group of hitters obsessively trying to race towards perfection.

By the time the stock "looks good", it will already be too expensive. Refer to any other winner in history to see that early days are rough rides.
