We built 12 Claude Code skills that run our entire paid media ops across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn at ColdIQ (and we're giving the whole pack away). Our head of growth Ivan Falco runs $200K/month in ad spend from a terminal. It's how we doubled client load this year without losing quality. The skills do the work that used to fill our media buyers' calendars: spot creative fatigue, adjust bids, upload audiences, run bulk edits, flag broken campaigns, build reports. Each skill does a specific job: Google Ads: → keyword-analyzer: audits quality scores and finds keyword gaps → negative-keywords: reviews search terms and blocks wasted spend → performance-auditor: compares periods and flags what changed → search-terms: surfaces queries burning budget with zero conversions Meta Ads: → audience-builder: turns CRM lists into custom audiences → creative-fatigue-analyzer: spots declining CTR before the metrics flag it → fatigue-monitor: flags when your audience is saturated → spend-tracker: tracks budget pacing across every campaign LinkedIn Ads: → audience-builder: builds targeting audiences at scale → bid-optimizer: adjusts bids across campaigns in bulk → bulk-editor: mass edits campaigns, ads, and naming in seconds → creative-builder: generates ad creatives from brand specs You drop them into Claude Code, connect your ad accounts, and tell it what you need. It reads the skill, plugs into the platform, executes. 300+ hours of work went into building these. Comment ADS and we'll send all 12 over.

@levelsio Funny that I was just thinking about ways to monetize my extension which grew to 20k users. Popular tab counter, definitely vibecodeable. And can also confirm a lot of requests to sell.

Another Chrome extension allegedly sold to mine your personal information This is an entire black market you'd have no idea existed but it does! Your best bet is to use no Chrome extensions at all, except uBlock Origin for ad block Or better: just vibe code your own so you know what is running in your browser
@levelsio tweet media
@levelsio@levelsio

Chrome extensions are so incredibly unsafe Malware criminals find popular ones, pay the owners of the extension lots of money, they add malware to the code and millions of people get infected Then they take your cookies, localStorage, anything they can access Which is why in locked down advanced security devices you can't even install Chrome extensions I mostly run uBlock Origin, but have some others that I'll just vibecode now to stay safe

@HankFrank Had the same feeling way back at the first sub renewel. Cancelled. Then tried again only once some new features appeared. I feel the data is valuable but the product must feel innovative and offer ongoing proactive new insights correlated with the latest research to renew again.

I’ve worn a WHOOP every day for 3+ years. Bought a discounted 2-year membership because I’m a data nerd and I love this stuff. I’m still not sure I’ll renew when it’s up. Not because it’s a bad product. It taught me a lot early on. Alcohol tanks recovery. Sleep is everything. Easy days need to actually be easy. That was valuable. But once you learn those lessons you don’t need a monthly subscription to remind you. Garmin gives me the same data with no fee. The people I know who wore one loved it for 6 months then stopped. Not because they lost interest. Because the data stopped telling them anything new. $10.1B is a huge number. I just wonder how many members right now are in month 8 thinking the same thing I am.
Will Ahmed@willahmed

BREAKING: WHOOP RAISES $575M AT $10.1B VALUATION  I am pleased to announce that we’ve raised $575M at a $10.1B valuation to accelerate our mission of unlocking human performance and healthspan globally. This round was led by Collaborative Fund with participation from 2PointZero Group, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Mubadala Investment Company, Abbott, Mayo Clinic, Macquarie Capital, Glade Brook, B-Flexion, IVP, Foundry, Accomplice, Affinity Partners, Promus Ventures, and Bullhound Capital alongside a group of individual investors including Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Rory McIlroy, Virgil van Dijk, and Mathieu van der Poel. This investor group and this moment reflect a powerful evolution underway for Whoop and the broader healthcare market. Whoop was born in performance - trusted by the best athletes in the world to train, recover, and compete at the highest level. That foundation remains core to who we are. You see that in the iconic athlete investors joining this round.  But it also represents our push into broader health.  In the past 12 months, WHOOP has received medical clearances, launched blood testing, and created a platform that has saved lives. Abbott and Mayo Clinic - two of the most respected and influential institutions in global healthcare - are now investors in Whoop. These are organizations that have shaped modern medicine. Their decision to partner with us is a clear validation of where our technology is headed. Healthcare systems around the world are reactive. For too long, they have waited for people to get sick, then intervene. Chronic disease is rising and costs continue to climb. At Whoop, we believe the future looks fundamentally different. We are building the most powerful, personal, preventive health platform in the world - powered by continuous biometric data, advanced analytics, and AI to help people understand their bodies and improve their health in real time. I am grateful to our team, our members, and our partners for believing in this vision. I’ve been building this company for 14 years and I’ve never been more excited for the future.

@levelsio @bryan_johnson I am wondering whether a bit of “stress” on the system here and there is actually net positive for us as humans? I feel that averaging various stats too much may lead to everything being just the average. Of course being in a different time zone every few days is not great either

I went traveling November 6 from Europe to Asia As @bryan_johnson said it'd take about 15 days to recover from the time zone differences Sleep was rekt for 2 weeks but now finally good again The crazy thing is you don't really notice how bad it is unless you track it I'm not obsessed with tracking, I always been kinda against tracking and the benefits of travel in experiences outweigh the negatives I think All I have to think about is the touring musicians and especially DJs who fly around the world every few days, which at decades ago seemed like my dream but now sounds like a nightmare for your health I have to think about Avicii who killed himself and his grueling tour schedule and how it played a part in mentally destroying him As digital nomads we'd stay in places for months at time (usually as long as the visas would allow us) because the constant timezone hopping was too destructive So anyway now the data shows that too

I just packaged up 10 of my best AI automation workflows into one database 🤯 (honestly I should probably be charging for this) Most DTC brands & agencies waste months building AI automations from scratch. Wrong prompts. Wrong tools. Wrong setup. I've created 10 plug-and-play AI automations that handle the heavy lifting for you. All in one convenient database for easy access. Here's what's inside: YouTube Research AI Agent → Scrapes trending videos by keyword → AI extracts hooks, angles, themes → Auto-organized in Airtable Instagram Reels AI Agent → Scrapes trending Reels in your niche → Gemini analyzes creative insights → Comment analysis included Sora 2 Cameos + n8n → Consistent AI characters across videos → Automated UGC campaign generation → Airtable tracking dashboard Nano Banana + Veo 3 + n8n → Bulk UGC video generation → One product photo → 50+ videos → Auto-stored and organized Claude + Facebook Ads MCP → AI ads analyst → Generates full performance reports → Natural language queries Facebook Ads Spy + n8n → Daily competitor ad monitoring → AI analysis of hooks, CTAs, offers → Slack digest delivery Sora 2 Consistent Characters → Multi-video campaigns, same creator → Brand consistency at scale → Step-by-step Loom walkthrough TikTok Research AI Agent → Trending content analysis → Hook and angle extraction → Performance metrics tracking HeyGen Long-Form UGC → 1-minute+ AI creator videos → Talking-head testimonials → Product demos at scale Nano Banana Static Ads → 1,000+ ad variations automated → Bulk image generation → Perfect for testing creative Each workflow includes the exact n8n templates + Airtable bases to get started FAST. This is the exact stack DTC brands & agencies are using to scale creative production 10x. Sora 2 + n8n is absolutely insane 🤯 This n8n automation generates entire UGC campaigns with the same AI creator across unlimited videos. All from one Airtable form. Perfect for DTC brands & agencies who need brand consistency in their AI ads without hiring real creators. Why this matters: Every AI video tool gives you a random person each time. You can't build multi-video campaigns because your "creator" changes in every clip. Sora 2 consistent characters solves this: Same AI creator → Different scenes → Unlimited videos The n8n workflow: → Fill out Airtable form once (select your character, describe scenes, choose quantity) → Claude AI generates professional Sora 2 prompts automatically → Sora 2 renders videos with your consistent character → Videos auto-upload to ImageKit CDN → Everything tracked in Airtable with shareable URLs No manual prompting. No file management. No different people in every video. What you can create: → 3-part testimonial series with the same person → Before/during/after transformation campaigns → Product tutorial sequences that feel cohesive → Entire ad creative libraries with your "brand ambassador" Track everything in Airtable: → Video status (queued → generating → complete) → Shareable URLs for each clip → Scene descriptions and prompts → Production-ready in 5-10 minutes Built 100% in n8n + Airtable. Want the complete template? > Comment "SORA" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Nano Banana + n8n is legitimately insane 🤯 Google's Nano Banana creates studio-quality static ads. But manually generating variations one-by-one takes forever. This n8n automation generates 1,000+ ad variations in minutes. Fully automated. Perfect for DTC brands & media buyers who need fresh creative for testing without hiring designers. Here's the problem: You need 50+ ad variations to test angles, but Nano Banana only outputs one image at a time. Manually uploading and tweaking prompts for each variation kills hours. This n8n automation solves it: → Upload ONE product image via n8n form → OpenAI Vision analyzes your product automatically → AI generates custom image prompts (you choose quantity: 50, 100, 1000+) → Nano Banana creates static ad images in bulk → All images auto-stored in Box for instant access No manual prompting. No designer bottlenecks. No waiting on agencies. What you get: → Hundreds of unique ad variations from one upload → Different angles, backgrounds, compositions → Production-ready static ads → Perfect for testing creative on Meta/TikTok Built 100% in n8n. Want the complete n8n template? > Comment "BANANA" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)
