The willful ignorance it takes to suggest Iran was enriching uranium hundreds of feet below a giant mountain but had no ulterior motive is astonishing. And Obama bros will still play dumb on that point.
David Axelrod@davidaxelrod

Beyond which, Iran surrendered 97% of its enriched uranium and submitted to ongoing, intrusive inspections by experts from the IAEA. Trump could have improved on that deal & held Iran's nuclear program in check. But he saw it as an Obama legacy, so he ripped it up. Like the ACA.

It is almost impressive how consistently this “professor” showcases his ignorance, apparently without any awareness of how ridiculous he looks. The United States absolutely helped the United Kingdom win the Falklands War, so much so that the victory would not have been possible without the United States’ support. After initially trying to assist with negotiations, which failed, the United States provided critical military support, including advanced Sidewinder and Stinger missiles, intelligence, satellite imagery, and perhaps most importantly, access to the United States base on Ascension Island.

Aside from the three DEI stooges who we already know how they’ll rule, I believe that Justice Amy Coney Barrett is the most likely to screw our Republic over on the matter of birthright citizenship.

@shipwreckedcrew The Iran as a counterbalance to Israel is very interesting and likely correct.

The JCPOA GUARANTEED Iran 300 kgs of 3.67% enriched uranium after 15 years -- 2031. Obama never submitted it to Congress because it would have never passed. If Iran's intentions were benign, why enrich 400 feet deep into a mountain. Trump offered Iran all the uranium they wanted at energy production levels -- just no enrichment. They said "No." Obama WANTED a nuclear Iran as a counterbalance to Israel. Those are just the facts. You can't make them go away.

@RepRibble @RealTheoWold @seanmdav There would be nothing to repeal. It would be a fallow Amendment. A new Amendment that would be so bellicose would very likely be ratified and the language would make the characters in the Gangs of NY - blush. That's what the courts risks here.

@RealTheoWold @seanmdav Same bs argument the left makes about guns or whatever they don’t like about the constitution. It is a lazy argument. If SCOTUS rules against Trump, and that is likely, instead of whining about it, ask congress to repeal it…if you dare.

Chief Justice Roberts' casual dismissal of birth tourism illustrates everything wrong with the Supreme Court. Americans understand that the United States is a homeland— not a hotel. But the court has become so detached from the realities confronting everyday people.

@politiwars @RealTheoWold I got the impression while listening that the justices know they are in an unwinnable position. An immigration firestorm and course correction if they rule against Trump or give the Trump the win. The Dems may want the Court to hand down an opinion in favor of Trump to cut losses

@RealTheoWold If the Court votes against it, there's no saving this place. At that point the Constitution will have been declared null and void. It'll be every man (and woman) for him/herself at that point.

If the Supreme Court rules against President Trump's birthright citizenship executive order, every conservative organization in America should begin putting together a nationwide effort to amendment the Constitution.

@smallgovlizard @TexasTribune Funny how in the 14th Amendment Supreme Court arguments the other day all the Justices used the term illegal alien. Because it's a legal term and has a specific meaning. I'm sure liberals were aghast. The liberal justices were using the term as well. They had to.

Texas is cutting undocumented immigrants off from school, work and driving. The sweeping rule changes, all enacted outside the typical legislative process, have upended life for noncitizens, including those who are here legally. texastribune.org/2026/04/02/tex…

The Birthright Citizenship case is not about birthright citizenship. It's about the legitimacy of the Supreme Court itself. Clearly the 14th Amendment was not meant to give citizenship to anchor babies. That's not even in dispute. The legitimacy of the Supreme Court is on trial. If they get this one wrong- then clearly, we do not have a functioning judiciary system. Only political activists masquerading as Judges.

@RetroCoast I got the feeling some on the Court (not Alito or Thomas) realized they are in a bad spot and really can't win here. If they hold that children of illegal invaders are citizens there will be a nuclear backlash that may course correct American politics. That, or give Trump a win.

In case you did not realize, the Asian attorney arguing the case on behalf of the ACLU yesterday, that was no coincidence. She was strategically placed. Cecillia Wang, is a birthright citizen born in Oregon to parents who emigrated from Taiwan, and she referenced same during her argument, noting her parents were once noncitizens. 🤔

The reason for Gen. George's firing, in part: Hegseth for months has pressed Gen. George & Army Secy Dan Driscoll to remove 4 officers -- 2 Black & 2 female -- from a promotions list. George & Driscoll have refused, citing the officers long and exemplary service.

Hegseth's firing of Gen. Randy George "reflects growing hostility between Hegseth and the Army’s leadership," military officials told NYT nytimes.com/2026/04/02/us/…

SCOTUS better get it right. If it does not, we will take additional steps to ensure the American citizenship factory of birth tourism is ended. It must be.
Glenn Beck@glennbeck

.@RepChipRoy says it would be "absolutely INSANE" for the Supreme Court to uphold the current interpretation of birthright citizenship: “[To say] that 20 million Chinese communist mothers can come to America tomorrow, deliver 20 million babies, and you have 20 million citizens is ridiculous. The 14th Amendment does not stand for that.”

@DianaMacca1 @TheWellsReport @therealjec71 @thedaywar90 @sgt1960 You would rather they entertain in tents? Outside? With Port O Potties? All Trump's lawyers have to say that entertaining outside is a major national security risk and this goes away. Which it will. Why are you so upset. It's not a house. It's a complex. I've been inside.
