@Qantas Talk is cheep, waited 21 weeks to get a refund, had to make a complaint to Qantas to get any resolution. NZ based QF FF because I thought QF was a better airline than AirNZ, QF have lost me as a customer. NZ to Europe Business class every two years,I'm looking for a new airline.
