For all real estate professional who use @Zumper to screen tenants, I have to warn you about using them. A tenant started the screening process but did not complete it and they got charged anyway. And of course there is no customer support.

I have spent literally hours on the phone with @AmericanAir customer service and what a fiasco!!! How do American companies get away treating their customers this way??? Why does the government keep bailing out these miserable companies time and time again?

Flying to and from Portland Maine using @AmericanAir has been an absolute nightmare. It’s time for businesses to stop using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service, or just poor service in general.

The @Verizon support guy gets mad at me, really made a rude, obnoxious comment, because I was at the playground with my son and not at home waiting for his call - which I did not know was coming - which came two hours after I left my last Twitter message.

Seriously I have @Verizon 1gig internet and I can’t even connect. Now I’ve been on hold for 1.5hrs trying to talk to someone. At least with Comcast you can get someone in the phone relatively quickly. How does any business survive with this terrible service???? @VERIZON YOU SUCK

@VerizonSupport Having @Sprinklr try and manage your online presence isn’t going to ultimately steely work if you, @verizon, are a terrible company. I’m still in hold and have no internet. Stop spending money on a company to manage your online presence when you should spend money on being better

@VerizonSupport I’ve used the Verizon app to try and resolve the issue but they said I needed to cl tact customer service. I’ve now been on hold for over an 1.5hrs. As a company you should be ashamed. This is an embarrassment.

Word of caution to anyone thinking about getting @verizonfios for internet in DC. They are literally terrible. Worse than Comcast, and I never would have thought that possible.
