Not much different from the tactics hospitals and insurers use to get prices they want. Put the customer or the patient in the middle. How about a discount while we are not getting the product we paid for?

Rob is one of the most respected “patient first” advocates in America. Must be some very non patient first decisions occurring at Beaumont. Problem is that institution was a model for years and certainly worry about the wrong model for others to follow now

We have seen many patients clear substantial clot in heparin and I wonder if these are plasmin super responders?

We looked at a series of 5 of these we had stent grafted and looked awesome after the procedure. They all occluded on anticoagulation. Rec surg repair and if not possible his risk of rupture probably is lower than the risk of his co-morbidities if he is a non surgical candidate
