Government websites need a serious upgrade. Outdated UI + unnecessarily complicated processes. It took me 60 days and ₹3,500 just to reach the stage of uploading products on the GeM portal. @GeM_India @DPIITGoI @PMOIndia

We participated in bid , shared screen shot however bid disappeared and not showing up. We raised the ticket Ticket #:13407535, but no resolution provided. This incident was really shocking. @gem_support

@VinDamSav Accordingly, the Transaction Charges have been calculated in line with the prevailing Revenue Policy, and there is no oversight or system flaw.

@VinDamSav on total contract value is just a computational mechanism approved by competent authority. Further, GST on the Transaction Charges is levied separately in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GST law.

@GeM_India As a vendor having been chosen to provide services to a ministry, I am being charged GeM fees on contract amount inclusive of GST. In effect, I am paying 0.3% on the 18% (GST) of my contract amount which is payable as taxes by me. Is this an oversight or system flaw?
