@SGNgas @ofgem This what "working hard" means to SGN on Oathall Road in Haywards Heath. Nobody working at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon & days of traffic chaos throughout the town because of this & many other unoccupied sites, which is a common feature of "upgrading" their network.

I just switched my energy supply from them to Octopus & was told it would take up to 9 weeks to get the refund on my account. The initial payment on sign up was taken after 9 minutes. My advice, switch now!
