@gorbals72 @oakroyd Wondering if it might be Cumberland Street? If so, that scrap dealer might actually be my Uncle Pat (although I don’t recognise him in that), or somebody who worked for him. - He had a scrap business under the arches on Cumberland St until (I’m guessing here) the mid 60’s.
