Could it be that a lot of people going on these marches genuinely have no idea what they are supporting, or do they consciously support this murderous, tyrannical regime and therefore the continued suppression of the Iranian people?

US secretary of state Marco Rubio has re-re-stated US war aims. But he’s left out everything we thought President Trump wanted: no opening the Strait of Hormuz, no stopping nuclear enrichment, and certainly no regime change. So what’s the war been for?

I will write them down. Because they change every time a senior Trump official opens their mouth. Your list is not the list with which Trump started the war, which included regime change and the end of Iran’s ability to develop nukes. Not on your list. Nor is reopening of Strait of Hormuz. So even if your war aims were achieved, the war could end with Iran still in control of Hormuz, still able to develop nukes. Quite the victory. Congratulations. PS Don’t forget, on your advice, I’ve written all this down. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 🎯
Department of State@StateDept

SECRETARY RUBIO: Here are the clear objectives of the operation. You should write them down: 1. The destruction of Iran’s air force 2. The destruction of their navy 3. The severe diminishing of their missile launching capability 4. The destruction of their factories 🎯

I'm expecting Silva to sign his new Fulham contract now with Spurs closing in on Roberto De Zerbi (expected “Here We Go” soon), the door for Silva is shut. Fulham have had a three-year extension ready for weeks. Potentially Forest are still an option but I see that a sideways step. Perfect time for Marco to commit to the project he’s built. Get it done! @TonyKhan ⚫⚪#FFC

That's it. That's the best picture from Saturday's No Kings protests in the USA. The literal Statue of Liberty being detained by police. It doesn't get much more poetic than this.

The US president is a supporter of the worst communists, dictators and criminals. He even calls the dictator and criminal Lukashenko a highly respected person. That's how low the office of the US president @realDonaldTrump has sunk.

Oh great. The US President is now back to publicly threatening to commit terrible war crimes because he started a war he did not understand. He should be in prison for this. Attacking desalinization plants could spiral into a regional catastrophe.

This is devastatingly well put by Jonathan Freedland in The Guardian. It leaves nowhere to go for the antisemites: “Every minority faces discrimination – note Tory frontbencher Nick Timothy’s appalling attack on Muslim prayer this week – but next to no other diaspora community goes through this. People can’t stand Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, but Russian Orthodox churches don’t require round-the-clock protection. People loathe Donald Trump and his bombing of Iran, but US-branded stores on UK high streets are not smashed and daubed. As for British businesses with investment links to the US, including to US security firms, those remain untouched. Israel and Jews are the exception.”

Conclusion to the video below that went viral yesterday. People are beginning to understand what is actually happening. While information from inside Iran is restricted to only regime supporters & affiliates holding white SIM cards to by-pass the digital blackout (now entering its 31st day) hard not to blame people taken in by the ocean of regime narratives and propaganda picked up by western media outlets that currently dominate the airwaves. Like Niaz Abadani here, it’s imperative to keep educating people about what’s happening, and has been happening in Iran the last 47 years, and how this regime represents a real danger to the rest of the world. #IranIsraelUSAWar

An Iranian woman challenged an ‘antiracist’ marcher and asked why she carried a placard against bombing the Islamic regime. She had no answers. After the video they cried together and she put down the placard. Ignorance is a BIG part of the problem. 🎥 Niaz Abadani on insta

When chest-beating dimwits like Hegseth replace hard strategic understanding with performative video game "warrior ethos" you end up with lose/lose: either declaring a non-existent victory that has not secured 470kg of 60% enriched uranium; not changed regime; not opened S of Hormuz, or else ground operations on Kharg and other islands that take casualties and need to be sustained for an indeterminate period with loss of lives and treasure under siege.
