If the trademark went through, skyblock as we know it could be incredibly different. With it not being trademarked, anyone can use skyblock as they want to. The alternative makes no sense.

This whole case is hilariously stupid. The trademark has been diluted for the longest time, no one thinks about the original map instead of the genre when someone says "Skyblock".

@ibxtoycat What did they expect? I get why they did it but literally anyone can create a skyblock map and call it original. Trying to copyright that is like trying to stake a “Private Property” sign on the ocean claiming you invented the color blue.
