$72k/month branded dropshipping stores don’t scale because they found one winning ad
they scale because they turn one winner into 40 new angles
same product
new hooks
new objections
new visuals
new scripts
new buyers
new reasons to click
ai doesn’t replace the brand
it replaces the slow creative cycle
research the customer
pull proven ad patterns
generate 20 variations
test fast
track what converts
double down on the winners
most dropshippers still think ai ads are just “cool videos”
operators use them as a creative testing machine
that’s the difference between running ads and building a brand that compounds
rt + comment "brand" and i’ll send you the ai ad creation workflow

@BodyThiefband That marble pressing is beautiful who did you go through for the vinyl manufacturing?”

@EmersoftAI Two years bootstrapped in a niche this specific takes real conviction what was the hardest feedback you got from booksellers that changed the direction of the product?
English

Two years. A team on the ground, bootstrapping this, taking feedback from you - bookstore owners - and building around what you actually told us.
Today the Emersoft Books App is officially live on Shopify.
No AI shortcuts. Nothing pre-coded and rebranded. Real people solving real problems for booksellers who run real stores.
Questions? Get in touch - we answer.
And join us live on June 23rd, 5pm ET. We're walking through everything two years and 100+ booksellers taught us.

@nickstewart_ The control thing is real though Shopify’s limitations start to hurt once you’re at a certain scale and have very specific needs.”

@jasonnmyers Winning CRO Agency of the Year and then distancing yourself from the label takes confidence which of the 3 levers do you see most brands completely ignoring?”
English

Adam Pearce won CRO Agency of the Year.
Then he published a post titled "We're Not a CRO Agency."
His point: you only have 3 levers in Shopify ecommerce.
Buy now. Buy more. Buy again. Everything else is noise.

@ecomrudolfs Most brands don’t even know where to find their auth rate which processors are you seeing consistently hit 90%+ right now?”
English

Your payment processor is most likely holding you back without you knowing
A lot of these 3rd party processors have terrible payment acceptance rates.
Don't even get me started on Shopify payments
as there are bigger issue over there.
Some even go down to 60%.
Which means out of 10 customers trying to purchase only 6 will succeed.
That is detrimental for your scale.
So find a processor that is able to get you 90%+ auth rates and your whole performance will change

@BowtiedImpala Using B2B deals to fund paid acquisition is such a smart bootstrapped GTM what was the inflection point that made you confident enough to go all in on Meta?”
English

Shiny object syndrome has killed more Shopify Apps than anything else.
Every day there is a new startup doing "$100M ARR in just 1 month", "Shopify apps are over now" scenario, etc
Real progress comes when you keep showing up to work on your "boring app", when you keep talking to your customers and when you keep improving bit by bit.

@ecomsamguy Amazon is basically a paid traffic source at this point the brands winning there are using it to fund their DTC growth, not as the destination.”
English

@sohailabid What makes it simpler than Shopify is it stripped down features, pricing, or both? That angle might actually inform the name.”

@SoCalNative60 @Shopify Geek Squad subscription scams through the Shop app is a new one
did the receipt look like it came from an actual Shop merchant or was it clearly phishing?
English

@DavisPaipa 82% profit margins with 7 people is insane do you know what category they’re in or is that part of the secret sauce?
English

@JesperHensgens @Shopify @tobi @harleyf @ShopifySupport 4 chargebacks in 90 days is a really low bar for a permanent ban were they all legitimate disputes or did something specific trigger them all at once?
English

Shopify just destroyed this business.
4 chargebacks in 90 days = instant kick from shopify payments.
I have been using @Shopify since 2018, but this is how they treat their customers.. Their support is useless.
@tobi @harleyf @Shopify @ShopifySupport

English

@MikeMarch542039 Honestly 2 and 4 are the same problem for most brands-bad marketing means you’re bringing in the wrong traffic anyway.”
English

@codygibbs The JS error catch alone probably paid for itself how is the app identifying these issues, is it crawling the store automatically or does it need manual setup?
English

I just finished the MVP for a Shopify app that does 80% of the work of a CRO specialist for 1% of the price.
I'm not a developer, I'm a Shopify store owner who got sick of getting scammed by CRO.
So I kept it simple built an app that only identified high-leverage conversion issues.
The app already caught a JS error that was silently killing mobile checkout rates and draining $3K+ in monthly revenue, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I'm onboarding 10 beta testers this week.
In exchange for honest feedback, each beta tester will get six months free of the Pro version.

@jameshyujinlee @JamesBoostBerry @pavcro Long-term agency relationships are rare what do you think made them stick around through the early $50K/mo days when it wasn’t a sure thing?
English

I don't know if I'm lucky or what…
The agencies we've hired since day one are still with us.
They've watched us go from $50K/mo to $600K/mo and they've been part of all of it.
The lows and the highs.
Huge shoutout to @JamesBoostBerry (email) and @pavcro (CRO).
Soon 1M/mo 🚀

@kevin_miguet Definitely a win when your competitors are studying your work that’s a better signal than any case study.
