🇳🇴 Norway drone footage: Lofoten and more youtu.be/oB5NQuJmbdg?si… In August, we went on a 8192km trip from The Netherlands to Norway. I used A Better Routeplanner to plan the itinerary and sync with my Tesla Model Y to get statistics and more :) #DJI #mini4pro #drone #roadtrip

Unknowingly at the time, Simon Oxley designed the Twitter and GitHub logos. He uploaded his designs to iStockphoto, and they were purchased by each company's founders.

Sad news. My friend Simon who did the original bird for Twitter, Octocat for GitHub and Redid Sammy The Shark for DigitalOcean has passed away, he was 56. He was a great guy. What a loss.

The Dutch word for a horse breeder is paardenfokker (paarden = horses, fokker = breeder) and that's all the context you need for this terrible joke... ENGLISHMAN: what do you do? DUTCHMAN: I fok horses ENGLISHMAN: pardon? DUTCHMAN: yes paarden

Starlink has done more than any NGO to lift people out of poverty by connecting them with a means of education and a market for their good & services via the Internet
X Freeze@XFreeze

Most people have not even realized it yet, but Starlink just quietly became the invisible backbone of Earth For decades, high-speed internet was a luxury of geography. If you lived outside a major city or dared to travel, you had no choice but to be disconnected from the world We literally went from "can you hear me now?" dropped calls in the suburbs to you move anywhere in the world and you are covered by Starlink internet Just look at what SpaceX has achieved so far: → Free, high-speed WiFi rolling out on thousands of flights, trains, and ships → Now officially live in over 150+ countries, territories, and global markets → Direct-to-Cell tech is turning standard smartphones into sat-phones with zero extra hardware → Flawless high-speed internet streaming in the middle of Antarctica → Serving as a critical lifeline for first responders and victims during major natural disasters → Providing unbreakable comms in active warzones and geopolitical conflicts → More than 11 MILLION+ active subscribers globally as of early 2026 → Eliminating dead zones entirely - if you can see the sky, you can connect "I think the single biggest thing you can do to lift people out of poverty and help them is giving them an internet connection because once you have the internet connection, you can learn anything for free on the internet, and you can also sell your goods and services to the global market" — Elon Musk While legacy telecom providers are still struggling to lay cables in the dirt, SpaceX is actively building humanity’s collective nervous system in Low Earth Orbit SpaceX is showing the world what it actually means to be connected on a magnitude we never thought possible

When Elon Musk announced Giga Berlin, legacy media ran endless hit pieces to convince half of Germany the factory would drain the region dry....just like they always do It became one of the biggest propaganda campaigns against a factory that was actually meant to bring some of the greatest progress the EU has ever seen They completely ignored Elon's bigger plan: bringing the unmatched sustainability, thousands of local jobs, and pushing the EU’s progress forward Now, Tesla Giga Berlin Sets a New Standard for Sustainable Manufacturing the world had ever seen For over a year straight - ZERO process wastewater discharged into public sewers. Not a reduction. Complete elimination Tesla achieved this by building a massive, 100% closed-loop recycling system where every drop of industrial water is captured, treated, and reused on-site Tesla water consumption stayed under 500,000 cubic meters annually - so far below their allocated limits that they returned 377,000 cubic meters of unused water rights back to the local Brandenburg government As of today, Tesla's wastewater facility is recognized as one of the largest and most efficient industrial wastewater treatment plants in Germany, second only to a nuclear power plant Tesla did not just meet the environmental standard They set a new one and then gave the leftover quota back to the community Sustainability has always been Tesla’s mission
