@F1Help I've had a ticket opened for a week with support at this point to no avail. After being told to try logging out and back in I provided numerous details and have not gotten a reply back. Consistent errors and nobody seems to care to fix it.

@amazon Was retrocharged for an item I returned months ago. Numerous times your chat agents told me it was successfully returned, yet I was still charged. Had to call to manually get a refund, but your return system has been broken ever since the switch to Kohls returns.

@united Nothing like being told to deplane after a 2 hour delay just to watch A&P's shine flashlights into the engine on the tarmac. Only to find another aircraft altogether after wasting 4 hours. Glad we got a $15 expired meal voucher for the inconvenience. Who do I complain to?
