@MrPitbull07 Over $20k of debt? Does bro not realize debt isn't real?
I got like $60k of debt, it literally is irrelevant to my life.

This is the final photographs of Phillip Herron 34, crying in his car, literally minutes before taking his own life.
He was a single Dad with three kids, struggling with crushing debt of over £20,000 and was desperately waiting for a Payday loan he'd applied for. But it was paid in arrears, with a 5 week wait time. That wait drove him even deeper into debt, and when he died he had £4.61 in his bank account and clearly couldn't see any other way out.
Like a lot of people, especially men, he kept all of this to himself, nobody else knew how bad things were getting. This poor man even had to tell his children that Santa Claus wouldn’t come this year, and in his suicide note he wrote that they'd be better off if he wasn't around any more.
And now he isn't.
We need to talk more. We need to be kinder. And we need to be a country that helps each other when we need it the most.

@Voidnullz @EgirlTwekky @Curdy_88 @Pirat_Nation Let me guess, you believed in the tv license detector vans 😅😂🤣
English

UK ministers are discussing a major change to the TV licence that could require people with Netflix or Amazon Prime Video to pay the £180 yearly fee.
The plan aims to fund the BBC after the current agreement ends in 2027, as government sources want to retain the licence fee instead of switching to ads or full subscriptions.
Currently, no TV licence is needed for on-demand streaming like Netflix, only for live TV or BBC iPlayer.
The BBC says the old rules no longer reflect how people watch shows today, and the idea remains under discussion and is not yet law.

@TheGriftReport @GriftReport "Does not promote inclusion"....chubby takes the piss out of everyone so I'm not sure what they mean by that.

Exmouth Pavilion cancels Roy 'Chubby' Brown gig, because it "does not promote inclusion"
The Devon seaside theatre has axed the 81-year-old comedian’s ‘No Offence Meant’ show scheduled for 21 August, just three-and-a-half months before the date.
In an email to Brown they stated the performance “no longer aligns with the organisation’s long-term strategic direction” and that they must balance artistic freedom with their duty to promote “inclusion, wellbeing and community cohesion”.
Brown, who has been on the comedy circuit since the 1960s and is famous for his no-holds-barred style, hit back: “Wouldn’t the sensible thing have been to honour the contracted booking and let the show go ahead?”
Ticket holders have been left disappointed; the show has been relocated to Babbacombe Theatre in Torquay for 20 August at 7:30pm (strictly 16+).
What an absolute joke...

To clarify our constitution for non-Brits, this is not King Charles’ legislative agenda. The King does not legislate.
This is King Charles reading the upcoming legislative agenda for lame duck PM Keir Starmer & his Labour party in government.
Labour are already doing this, having privatised access to our health data for Peter Thiel’s AI military targeting company, Palantir.

The UK is summed up by King Charles III sitting on a throne of real gold with a hat on his head worth more than the GDP of most countries, intoning a speech written for him by a collapsing govt and gravely pointing out that the country is skint and we need more surveillance
