90% of founder websites fail for the same 5 reasons. I've reviewed hundreds of them. The mistakes are always the same. Here's what's killing your conversions and how to fix each one with AI (for free):

Apple is flat out telling developers to start designing their iPhone apps for widescreen aspect ratios. This is the biggest hint that iPhone Ultra Fold is coming in September. video source: Apple Platforms State of the Union

Now, you can invite a friend to join Codex, and you get a rate limit reset. That's actually really cool!

> be Apple in 2026 > delayed Siri AI 3 times > every journalist wrote the obituary > "cooked on AI" - unanimous verdict > June 8. WWDC stage. Tim Cook smiling > Gemini core baked into iOS 27 > on-screen awareness - Siri sees what you see > cross-app actions - chains Mail, Calendar, Notes without switching > Dynamic Island glowing with full AI context >not an app. the OS itself. >the company that "lost the AI race" > just shipped the most integrated AI assistant on any consumer device > mfw

do you understand what Apple just did at WWDC 2026... they just turned Siri into a completely different product. The Siri you've been making fun of for 10 years - the one that couldn't set two timers - is dead. here's what actually happened: > Apple signed a billion-dollar per year deal with Google to put Gemini AI at the core of the new Siri > new Siri has full on-screen awareness - it sees what you see, reads your messages, acts on them > cross-app actions - chains tasks across Mail, Calendar, Notes, Photos without you switching apps > redesigned as a ChatGPT-style chatbot interface - full conversation history, file uploads, context memory > integrated into Dynamic Island with glowing animations - it's not a feature anymore, it's the OS they delayed this 3 times. mocked by every tech journalist alive. Tim Cook kept saying "on track." and now they announced it on June 8, 2026 - exactly when Gurman said they would. the company that was "years behind" just shipped the most deeply integrated AI assistant on any consumer device. not a chatbot app you download. it's baked into every pixel of iOS 27. reconsider your Apple thesis.

The practical parts of a design system often drive adoption: states, props, docs, ownership, accessibility, release notes, and response time when something changes.

A design system becomes real when it changes day-to-day behavior. The best sign of adoption is when teams can move faster because the shared system is trusted.

What makes you follow someone for their thinking? Specificity? Proof? Useful frameworks? Consistency? Voice? For me, it is the sense that they have actually shipped through the mess.

A good AI product cadence should feel like field notes from real work: what changed, what it revealed, what teams should consider, and what I would check before shipping.
