@MerlinapUK we have a very disappointed mega fan in the house. Just got his pass (birthday present) and the friend passes run out in March before anything opens. Can’t get past your AI to get information or speak to a person/complain… Help please!

@hzaum @EE Sorry to interrupt your conversation. I hope you & your Mum manage to sort this. Im visually impaired & when I need to change my phone I find the help offered by diffferent stores varies a lot. I wont buy from a shop who won’t set up the phone & the Accessibility features I need.

Really disappointed in @EE Dorset / Poole branch. My elderly mother is having a dreadful time. She needs help to set up a new phone. They are delivering a shocking service.

@EE Not so easy when you are older… companies like yours need to do a better job for people who are digitally excluded.

@hzaum You could try another store if she's struggling, or call the team and they will advise how to move forward. You can call from another phone.

@EE Her phone is broken so she can’t ring. She needs to be able to visit a sympathetic person in a shop ideally. That has not been the case in your Poole branch. What shall we do next?

Agree Simon. I saw the quote that our Secretary of State was shocked at the lack of oversight of social care. Policy is that we mainly fund and lead social care locally, so oversight is local too. If we want oversight to change as part of reform, we need to talk about the money!
