@TedHZhang I wish $GDS was trading better in the previous weeks but a really like solid, long base. If it can reclaim the 50d and let it all converge, can be a banger.

Focused on stocks emerging out of big weekly and monthly bases. Those are the names likely to make the biggest and *most sustainable* moves.

Nasdaq did have an accumulation day (I know not a FTD) yesterday but definitely a bit of a tip off that perhaps things weren't going to slide hard and that war escalation for the time being wasn't in the cards. Opens like this I don't do much and talking with co-pm this morning pre-open we just said 'no forced trades'. It can be annoying to watch stocks you want to own gap & go but I haven't found another way to manage risk then to be picky and when things don't meet your criteria you have to wait. There may be some folks who remember last year and thinking this could be a redux or 2.0 of the tariff situation where we had a big V bottom. Who knows, but I wouldn't swap discipline for gut feel or trading around news. The datacenter 'picks & shovels' names seem to be where the leadership is for now as a lot of those are trying to break into new highs. ($GLW, $GEV, $POWL, $ICHR, $MOD). Maybe we get some high handles or cap patterns but for now watching to see how we close today and if these names continue to be bought up.

@RealSimpleAriel If this move is real, we will eventually see ATH’s on the indexes again so plenty of time to just play it slowly.

If you are playing the possible follow through day tomorrow. - Let the morning profit takers come in. - Let the LOD be established - Then focus on your favorite names - Then look for the VWAP reclaim. Don't overcomplicate life. And don't chase a 2.5% gap up into the falling 50sma/breakdown spot for $SPY.

@iamkaelandp This is such a stupid take. Are we just talking about stats? Man, watch the freaking tape! If we are talking about any team that cannot function without their MVP, it will always be Luka or Joker.

Luka Doncic is set to be the only player in NBA HISTORY to win a Scoring title MULTIPLE TIMES on 50 win teams and not win MVP. The only other player in the modern era to win a scoring title on a 50+ win team and never win MVP was Carmelo Anthony. Carmelo wasn’t TOP 25 in any other statistical category that season other than 3PM. Luka was TOP 5 in 3PM and assists AS WELL as being TOP 10 in steals and top 25 in rebounds in BOTH SEASONS he won the scoring title.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand the relevance of a follow-through day (FTD)? Seems to be a problem if no one can decide what day 1 is, lol
