@phpandya28 @nano_arun @AshwiniVaishnaw IIT Bombay and IISc (probably IITK and IIT Hyderabad) have been teaching semiconductor packaging for some time now. IIT Bombay also conducted an introductory hands-on basic packaging course with Kaynes Semicon for. This will be done regularly.

I second this observation and underline the last part. We have unfortunately substituted the "end to end implementation and let the results speak" with "Jingoism or Cheer leading".

If true, a remarkable improvement. Took me months years ago. Major roadblocks are still at the state and local administration levels. It should be equally easy to hire and let go of people on demand. Closing businesses in India is equally difficult.
