Few problems: you have to translate everything into romanian romanians pay cash on delivery so expect returns and uncollected packages Vat is 11% for basic food , for beverages its 21%, same for high sugar food ( >10%/100gr ) Definitely a good market but you need good economics

Romania is a very underrated ecom market right now. If you already have good logistics across Europe, it’s one of the easiest markets to expand into without massively increasing complexity. Delivery is reliable, costs are manageable, and competition is still softer compared to Western Europe. What’s working especially well there are animation-style ads. Not overproduced, not “brand-heavy” — just clear, slightly unusual visuals that instantly explain the product. These formats cut through fast and don’t rely too much on perfect language localization. A lot of brands are still running basic creatives, which means if you bring proven formats from bigger markets, you’re already ahead by default. ON VAT: Reduced rates apply to certain food categories across Europe. For example: – Germany ~7% – France ~5.5% – Italy ~4% That makes food, supplements, and consumables even more attractive if you structure things properly. Food in Europe is one of the best plays right now. High retention, easy angles for creatives (education, “inside the body”, ingredient breakdowns), and strong LTV if the product hits. Pair that with aggressive creative testing and you can scale without needing US-level budgets.

As of now I'm planning on keeping it for CA Pro which is $5k a month. My thinking is that like, if we truly solve agentic marketing at a very high level (which we're on our way to doing) then $5k a month or even $10k a month is a steal for most enterprises. It's also possible I switch to a lower upfront + pay-per-usage model in the future, but that is not something we're actively talking about or planning for.

I don't think people realize how easy it is to make AI Video Creatives now. Tool is insane. Vid yesterday showed the output, this one shows the process.🤯

$3,000,000 a week on my biggest brand Heres the long awaited "marketing" strategy that my team has used to scale to these numbers Before we even start - Ima be straight up, You ain't getting the full playbook. Because Why would I create more competition for myself? 😂 But here's the closest thing you're getting: SuperGrok is THE BEST AI ever.. Simply because No one uses it. Your customer avatar who watches the videos that SuperGrok Copy-writes just feels so natural and its just incredible Yes my whole team has SuperGrok Heavy simply because of how much we use it. It's incredible and I highly recommend it over Claude Max. Claude writes like a corporate intern trying not to get fired. Every hook comes out sanded down, safe, and sounds exactly like the other 40 ads your customer scrolled past that day. Grok actually writes like how people talk, not only that, its context is so much better and the speed it just reads is SOOO much faster. The amount of time we have saved simply because of how fast it is is insane.. Another thing no one talks about - Grok doesn't flinch. You can push it into real DR angles (urgency, status, "them vs you" framing) and it actually writes the line. Claude rewrites your line into something a brand manager would approve. Different job entirely. We litterally went from testing a couple angles a week to 20+ a week.. super HIGH intent. so the key takeaway is: execution speed and creative variance. BE differnet from everyone. Stop using the same old prompts every guru tells u about. lol this whole post sounds sponsored for X but trust me its not 😭 Just give it a shot and lmk how it goes.. I've had a few dms already from people testing Grok they told me its definately better than Claude sooooo 🤷‍♂️

double hooks crush formats you can test: - ugc hook to native podcast clip (filming laptop / tv etc) - podcast clip to google image search (‘jamie can you pull that up?’) - voiceover over b roll to cutting into the exact clip being referenced - reaction face cam to playing the original clip that caused it, foreshadowing - interview style question to cutting to real world example footage - snapchat / tv / laptop hook that switches to ugc or podcast OR whatever you want the good thing with AI is that you can bake the belief shift into a familiar format WITHIN a familiar format for your audience 🤯 the REAL good thing is that you can continue the ad script itself throughout each clip, every layer moves them forward if they trust other women’s stories then the UGC is a woman just like them if they also trust spokesperson then put that in the ad too. take them through a mini hero’s journey ‘oh that’s the clip she was talking about, makes sense’ hookception

every other ad format triggers "is this selling me?" podcast ads don't. this is how i make them: 1. nano banana pro → ref image of each guest in the SAME podcast set. same mic. same chair. same back wall. the brain tracks continuity. break it and the illusion breaks. 2. seedance 2.0 → upload the image. prompt each talking beat. burn in captions like a real podcast clip. 3. cut between guests like a real edit. the switch is the trust signal. no studio. no host. no $3K mic. the fake conversation is more persuasive than the real pitch. like and drop "MIC" below and i'll dm you the exact seedance prompt...

Meta ads have actually come full circle These basic images with no text and long form text have been working well for us for a while in pretty much all niches Kinda stuff that was working years back
