There’s so many little holes and questions left unanswered that it’s so easy to go down a rabbit hole and come up with alternate interpretations. I think they could have done a better job driving home their ending without sacrificing the sentiment and reaching viewers on watch #1!

@iguana_guacho @jackshephards_ Agree. First time I watched I was mad with the ending lol. After about the 3rd time I understood it. It’s a bumpy ride to get to the meaning though lol 😆

friendly reminder that everything on the island was REAL. they didn't die in the crash. they lived and died at different times (some on the island, some years later). the "flash-sideways" church was an afterlife purgatory they built to find each other, let go and move on together

@MJMelanc @jackshephards_ i don’t disagree lol, but you have to know this as a writer and deliver a story in a way the majority of your fans/viewers can understand. It can be done without being overly obvious and tainting it, but not all are blessed with common sense or intellectual capacity…

Hire on with a terribly ran company. They haven’t optimized their workflows, processes, etc. so lots of inefficiency. you can hide within the system and process flows for a long time because they dont actually know what it takes to do the job and value the wrong things. Don’t hire in with a well managed one, they understand what service they offer and how each person contributes to it, and they look for bottlenecks keeping them from achieving their intended goals which means youll get busted with that said, you’ll likely be miserable, even as good as it sounds…working in an environment with no sense of purpose and constantly feeling like you’re just stealing the paycheck and playing the system will eat you up if you have any morales, values or work ethic.

have kids early. Don’t wait until it’s “the right time” financially or when it’s convenient. Kids aren’t burdens, they give you purpose and pride, hope and will always love you which carries you through the obstacles of life. that and the older you get infertility and pregnancy risks become a very real and serious thing. like overnight it seems

oh hush with your virtue signaling. the same people claiming doctors only want to protect your children from abuse also believe it’s ok to tell a child there’s more than one gender and that they can change it. raising liberal children to be intolerant of others political views or that it’s their job to impose their beliefs upon others is nearly in and of itself borderline child abuse. Sorry, but this isn’t the days of old. sick, perverted evil people exist in this world and are unfortunately found in many “professional” positions where they absolutely use their position to push their beliefs on children. No one shares the same beliefs, morales and values as you do and it’s your job to raise your kids accordingly and protect them from the evils out there that would undermine that. Cases of abuse should absolutely be dealt with in the most serious of ways, but don’t condone or deny indoctrination or abuse of power exists in this world and allow it to keep happening because you can’t wake up and realize evil is real and it does exist in the most unlikely of places. there’s other ways to identify abuse in the household that doesn’t push good parents away from their child leaving them vulnerable. My wife was a teacher, and it’s unreal how many pushed transgender material on kids, completely omitted parts of history they didn’t agree with or indoctrinated kids with liberal garbage,

I took my 11 year old to her checkup this morning and the nurse asked me to step out of the room for a moment. I politely declined and she said, "It's just for a moment." And I told her, "No thank you, given all the stories about children being abused my husband and I decided to never leave our children alone with anyone, even medical providers. Anything you need to do or say you can do with me in the room." She looked all miffed and just left, no idea what her plan was but she didn't feel the need to continue it with me present and that makes me even more suspicious?? When she left my daughter thanked me for not leaving, she's already shy about the doctor, her eyes got so wide when the lady asked me to leave.

The problem with your statement is “most people”. I agree with you, however it’s not worth getting complacent because “most” people are decent and can control themselves. Being vigilant and never letting your guard down is the only way you prevent it. you aren’t infringing upon anyone else’s rights or causing them grief by being vigilant and present in your child’s interactions with “professionals” Ironically you plead the same case that the pro gun rights crowd makes. that most are responsible, most are decent people. The few bad actors really do warrant a serious response however the gun control activists answer is banning all firearms which DOES infringe upon everyone’s rights. So you have to look at things individually and compartmented.

@iguana_guacho @Hikergirl84 @JulieLovesFluff @cindy_will54556 What? You do know that most people - left and right leaning- are just going to work and doing their jobs to pay their bills? Do you think every person is walking around with some political agenda? Because they aren’t.

let’s say said nurse is a far left liberal, mom is a far r of hr conservative. not unrealistic to imagine a world where the nurse “leads” the child into answering a question she can report the parent for or try to dismantle the child’s trust in their parent. that fast too. sure, the original basis for this may have been for identifying abuse but don’t think for a second activists don’t exploit their situation and positions to promote their agenda…

As a medical provider, I will tell you it’s to ask about abuse. It’s even done with adults. The victim won’t speak in front of a family member, or the abuser. When you deliver an 11 year old’s baby, because her father was sexually abusing her, you understand. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Trump played a fast one on Iran and they're just realising it now. 😂 Here's the gist... When IRAN started the escalation against the US-ISRAELI forces, Hezbollah rushed into the war and started sending missiles to Israel. Because they were fighting on the side of Iran. Remember, there's a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hezbollah (Lebanon) made in late 2024. Hezbollah violated this ceasefire agreement and attacked Israel with a barrage of missiles. In reply, Netayanhu mobilised his troops to Southern Lebanon, the stronghold of the Hezbollah and started engaging them seriously. He even deployed an Israeli special forces unit known as the Ergoz Unit for the capture of Hezbollah commanders. After bombing them to his satisfaction, Netayanhu continued to deploy his troops to Southern Lebanon in a strategic move to dislodge Hezbollah fighters from that area that borders Israel. Now, Iran pushed a ceasefire agreement to end escalations in the middle east, thinking that such a ceasefire would stop Netayanhu's occupation of Southern Lebanon and at least save the remaining Hezbollah fighters from Netayanhu's wrath. Netayanhu kept quiet. And watched the US and Israel agree on the ceasefire. Immediately, the ceasefire was approved, Netayanhu changed the direction of his missile launchers from Tehran to Southern Lebanon and began eliminating Hezbollah fighters. Hezbollah and Lebanon asked why they were being bombed, they thought there was a ceasefire; and Netayanhu said that's bullshit. The ceasefire is between the US and Iran; and not between Israel and Lebanon. Iran got infuriated and raised alarm over Israel's violation of the ceasefire. And the US just confirmed to Iran that truly, the ceasefire agreement does not include Lebanon and Israel escalation.

ONE word can make a huge difference in an email or even a text. Craziest example I've seen: Seller emails his broker asking how much he'll net at closing. Based off settlement draft, broker responds "You will net $650k." Closing was two days later. There was an adjustment to the settlement statement because some pre-paid rent hadn't been accounted for. No big deal, right? Nope. A few days after closing, seller sends a lawsuit to his OWN broker asking for damages to include the $5k difference in what the broker quoted and what he actually got. He felt comfortable doing this because the broker said "WILL" instead of "SHOULD" and didn't add any qualifier like "ABOUT" or "APPROXIMATELY." Knowing this client, it was a fight not worth taking, so broker paid him just to end it. First lesson is - don't work for bad people no matter how much they pay. Everyone watching this happen was not surprised that this client would do that. But a close second is to choose your words VERY carefully in any written correspondence no matter how casual it may be. If you are a professional advisor in any capacity, saying someone "WILL" achieve a certain return or amount can come back to haunt you.

rent your current home for market value, it should well exceed your mortgage. put back and build a nice nest egg for maintenance, repairs and potential vacancies but let your profit subsidize your next move. you can use 75% of your income of an upcoming tenant backed by a signed lease to offset the debt service so for lending purposes you’re DTI is a wash. not only do you offset additional mortgage payments on the new house by using monthly profit on the own you’re building equity in two properties. this opportunity doesn’t conventionally exist because single family homes are not great investment properties unless you’re buying down the loan with cash but because the market value went through the roof over the past few years the rental rates are much higher. make your great rate investment work for you. source….been there done that and in this exact situation. put our house up for rent, was very picky with my tenant (no big deal if it wouldn’t rent, we just wouldn’t move) and when things lined up, lease was signed and security deposit dropped we let life tell us it was time to find a new house. yes rates were high but it’s already dropped enough we could refi way lower, but hoping for even lower before we do so!

We know someone who paid $390k for a home in 2020. They have a 30 year, 3.75% mortgage & home is now worth ~$550,000. They're outgrowing their home & need more space but buying a new home would 2-3x their housing costs. They feel trapped & millions are in this situation.
