@iliveindc @wesmoss1018 @GasBuddyGuy @lsferguson Russia supplies ~12% of global oil. When they invaded, prices shot from ~$84/barrel to $130 in weeks. Sanctions and import bans on Russia for their unprovoked attack. Global war = global prices. Pretty basic supply/demand.

gas prices were over $4/gal in Minnesota for 93 days of 1,461, or 6.4% of the time Biden was in the White House. just 94 percentage points off. you might make a run at that record here in 2026, you're already 7% of the way there.

@Ryansmithaz @GasBuddyGuy @lsferguson Biden's policies that contributed to high gas prices include halting new oil and gas leases on federal lands, canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, and implementing regulations that restrict energy production.** These actions have been linked to increased energy costs for consumers

If you live in a democrat run shithole, things are probably pretty expensive. That’s not Trumps fault. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Only in America can one party control the White House, the Senate, the House of Representatives, win the popular vote, and hold the majority of governorships—and still blame the other party for everything wrong with the country.

Was 2.4% under Trump 2025. Never higher than 3.5%. Biden was over 5% for 80% of his term. Gas was $7 a gallon, almost $10 in California. Unemployment was at 21% in the shutdown. Companies are still failing by Biden’s policies including Spirit Airlines. Not to mention the only Surrender in US history.

I’m paying close to $300 a tank to run my truck. And that’s not including gas for farm activity. I have a farm. I can’t haul any livestock ANYWHERE. Neither can my neighbors who have cattle. One of them sold all his cattle and he’s out of the business. I know many farmers who grow hay, wheat, pumpkin, corn, cattle and they’re going under. People do not understand how much trouble we are in as a country.

@krassenstein Imagine spending millions to purchase a brand that nobody will watch. Might as well just light that money on fire, especially given their ‘comedy’ isn’t even remotely humorous. What an absolute waste of time and money.

If both parties MAXXED OUT on gerrymandering, the House would end up with 262 Republicans to 173 Democrats -- according to leftist FiveThirtyEight. That's because Republicans control more state governments with multiple districts, and Democrat voters congregate in cities. This makes it easy-peazy to pack Dem voters into fewer districts. Time to play hardball. Let's do it . . . NOW!

James Comey says, “I'm still innocent. I'm still not afraid. And I still believe in the independent federal judiciary, so let's go.” The Democratic coalition says, “The indictment of James Comey is a joke, and one of the most shameful and pathetic things a Department of Justice under any President has ever done.” What we all know: Convicting him will be a high bar... unfortunately. But he's a storyteller. Saying that his seashell creation wasn't a message that Donald Trump should be killed is a bald-faced lie. He was the director of the FBI and knew full well that 86 is a gang term for having someone killed - 8 miles away and 6 feet underground.” He's guilty. I know it. We know it. The world knows it. And he knows it.

Alden Ehrenreich recalls working with established actors who did not know their lines: "I've had experiences of being on sets where there's a ton of money [involved] and everybody's got to do their job for this take because a thing has to blow up in the background... And then people, especially people who are very established, come in and don't know their lines, which is, you know, the basic unit of your job. There's an ethos of 'Well, I don't [memorize] because then I keep it fresh.' There's people for whom, I guess, that works. But I've watched people not doing that, where it meant the whole crew gets home later and producers are spending more. Especially when it's someone who's a big name, the fact that no one feels comfortable being like, 'Hey, you need to know your lines.' I was like that when I was, like, a teenager... Anyway, tangent. Knowing your lines is good." wp.me/pc8uak-1lHbD2

Reporter: What do you make of Republicans saying that Virginia— AOC: Wah wah wah. We have asked Republicans for 10 years to ban partisan gerrymandering. And for 10 years, Republicans have said no. Republicans have fought for partisan gerrymanders across the United States of America. And these are the rules that they have set. And so if the Republican Party wanted to start this, they did this in North Carolina. They drew out three Democratic members of Congress in North Carolina. They did it in Texas. What they’re just mad at is that they have been accustomed to a Democratic Party that rolls over, doesn’t fight, and takes everything sitting down. And what they’re mad at right now is that we are here in a new day. And we have been asking the Democratic Party to stand up and fight, and now they did—and now the Republican Party doesn’t like the fact that they are fighting against someone who actually will stand up for the American people. So if Republicans decide that they would like to revisit a ban on partisan gerrymandering, I welcome them. We have the bill right here to end this all today. But they don’t want to, because they like pursuing and continuing to enact an unfair electoral landscape. And so we have an obligation to defend ourselves.
