Dear @ShashiTharoor, word on X street is that US and Tehran have commissioned you to draft an agreement so spectacularly convoluted and replete with sesquipedalian loquacity that both factions can deliriously claim victory. An eximious display of floccinaucinihilipilification! 😉

Dear @TheOfficialSBI, I never consented to PMSBY. Stop auto-debiting customers into schemes they never asked for. This is a fraud, I'll go the bank tomorrow and close my account.

I have heard of a Zomato loophole which is so simple, terrifying and Zomato should be losing sleep over it A person orders 1 roti on Zomato. ₹40. Then he calls the restaurant directly 6 rotis, paneer butter masala, malai chaap, dal makhani, gulab jamun and pays them on UPI. Tells the restaurant to pack everything with that 1 roti Zomato order. The Zomato rider picks it up. Delivers home. No clue that ₹1,200 of food is riding shotgun with a ₹40 order. He’s using Zomato’s app. Zomato’s rider. Zomato’s entire logistics network and paying zero commission on 90% of his bill. It’s cheaper than booking directly from Porter and restaurant. The restaurant loves it. Full margin, no 25 to 30% Zomato cut. The customer loves it. No platform fee. No surge. No GST on the hidden portion. Zomato? Quietly subsidising the entire operation. And here’s the part nobody’s talking about this isn’t one rogue customer. Restaurants are in on it. They may be whispering this tip to regulars to keep them off the app. If this spreads, the unit economics of food delivery don’t just dip they bleed out from the inside. Zomato needs to plug this loophole. This is exploitation of the system. Zomato MUST do something to stop this. Have you seen this happening in your area?

After the @DFS_India letter on EV adoption, @pnbindia MD & CEO Ashok Chandra announced that all new vehicles for PNB’s major locations will now be electric after a successful 12-EV pilot. The question many bank employees are asking is: Whenever there is a policy involving spending, vehicles, meetings, hotels, or new purchases, implementation happens immediately. But when it comes to long-pending employee welfare demands like #5DaysBanking, there is only silence, committees, and delays. ➡ will EV vehicles reduce branch pressure? ➡ Will they reduce staff shortage? ➡ Will they reduce excessive targets and workload on employees? Employees are not against modernization or EV adoption. But they also expect equal seriousness towards employee welfare, work-life balance, and genuine banking reforms. Bankers, what is your view?

@Ankit_TheRedDev @iNitinTyagi Lol,Despite starting 4 decades late (1994 vs 1955), private banks have caught up rapidly. They already command a massive 40% credit share and are on track to completely overtake public sector banks in the next few years with unstoppable tech dominance! 🔥

🚨 EV Push in Banks: Will Fuel Allowances Be Cut? As banks gradually shift towards EV adoption under DFS guidelines, fuel/petrol allowances may be reduced or stopped in future. How will bankers handle this in field operations? Is this a move towards efficiency or a cut in employee benefits? #Bankersvoice

HDFC Bank gives WFH to 2 lakh+ employees. Everyone is calling this a progressive move. Some are even comparing HDFC to Google and Microsoft. But one question before that. Read the article carefully. WFH is for "non-customer facing staff." Business enabling functions. Treasury. HR. Finance. IT. Secretarial. In simple words: the people who were already sitting in comfortable back offices, attending internal meetings, and writing policy notes — they now get 2 days at home. The person at the branch counter? Still there. 6 days a week. The officer pushing insurance policies to hit month-end targets? Still standing. No WFH. The loan officer who works till 8 PM because a customer walked in at 7:45? Still coming every single day. The people who actually face the real pressure of banking — the targets, the angry customers, the manager shouting — they are nowhere in this news. This is not a welfare announcement. This is a retention policy for high-cost back-office talent, packaged as a PM Modi fuel-saving gesture. And the framing is perfect. "We are following the Prime Minister's appeal." Nobody will question it. Nobody will ask which employees are covered. HDFC employs over 2,00,000 people across India. The article itself says it could not be confirmed how many will actually benefit. Think about that. The bank made a public announcement — and could not confirm the scale. That is not a policy. That is a press release. Now here is the part that no one is saying: PSU banks will not follow. Not because PSU management is lazy. But because the entire PSU system runs on physical presence as proof of work. If the officer is not visible, the work is assumed to not have happened. That is the fundamental disease. So HDFC gets the headline. The private bank looks modern. The PSU banker sitting 60 km from home on a transfer keeps waking up at 5 AM. The deal was always like this. The branch worker runs the bank. The back office talks about the bank. The back office just got Fridays at home.

All these welfare schemes reached the common people because Public Sector Banks and their employees worked day and night to implement them at the grassroots level. From Jan Dhan to Mudra, PM Kisan to SVANidhi, bankers carried every scheme to the last mile despite staff shortage, pressure and continuous workload. If PSBs were not there, implementation of these massive schemes across villages, towns and cities would never have been possible at this scale. But the same bankers are still waiting for #5DaysBanking, which was already agreed upon during the Bipartite Settlement. Why is the government delaying a committed reform for lakhs of bank employees who are the backbone of financial inclusion and welfare delivery? Respect bankers not just in speeches, but through action. @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @DFS_India @PMOIndia @narendramodi #5DaysBanking #Bankers #PSB #PublicSectorBanks #FinancialInclusion #JanDhan #Mudra #PMKisan

Since 2014 we continue to serve every sector and every section of our society through our policies and initiatives. Farmers, the poor, women, youth, MSMEs are at the core of our governance structure. Let me ask: - Are 58 crs JanDhan A/cs for Adani/Ambani ? - Are 57 crs MUDRA loan A/cs for…? - Are the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, PM Internship scheme for…? - Are e-Shram Cards, G RAM G Act which provides 125 days of employment without leaks, Ayushman Bharat for...? - Are 9 crs+ PM KISAN disbursements for…? - Are Lakhpati Didi / Drone Didi meant for…? - Is the Excise duty cut on Fuel for…? - Is PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana for…? - Is 1 crore SVANidhi A/cs for…? - We continue to protect farmers by not passing high international fertiliser prices. Was it done for…? - We brought ECLGS 5.0 for MSMEs. Was that for…? - Agriculture Credit growth was 15.7% last year. Was that for…? - MSME credit growth was 33% last year. Was that for…? ग़रीब, किसान , युवा , महिला - सब ढाँचे का अहम हिस्सा हैं । We are focused on the welfare of common people. If @INCIndia and its leaders cannot contribute positively to nation-building, they should stop being obstructionists. A responsible opposition does not engage in fear mongering.

@sunnyjamshedpur Employee transfers are vital safeguards. Without routine rotations, staff build internal networks that enable massive fraud. Most major bank scams, like the PNB disaster, are inside jobs. Regular transfers break up these toxic networks and protect public money. 🏦🔒 #BankingFraud

@SunilLa58275710 @manish3065365 @ManishkBarnwal9 @ramshankarsingh @AshishTekale_ @AbhishekDukeBoi @aughad_mastana @idesibanda @PSBPunch @kanalmedia23
