Referred Honda Hness to a friend, they bought the bike, and the so-called “referral reward” is restricted to just Teflon coating or AMC. Nothing else. Not even basic services.
And the sales head casually says, “that’s the only option.” Then stop calling it a referral program and call it what it really is — a useless gimmick.
You expect customers to bring you new buyers and then give them benefits with zero flexibility? Absolutely pathetic customer handling.
Safe to say I’ll never recommend Hness to anyone again. Hope @BigWingIndia actually looks into how badly this referral system is being handled.
