@chrissyfarr Slow transition out of the big bed. Have a floor bed. Slowly move it away from your bed space over time. Get them used to sleeping on their own but near you. I found that a really helpful first step. Remember there is more than one way to do this!

Then I woke up and learned that @pacbluecross has changed their physio coverage. If it’s not an acute injury there is basically no coverage. No more chronic health physio coverage.
