@PauloMacro Someone tell me why I’m dumb. What are the chances Trump compromises massively / takes a deal that’s worse for America grand scheme in lieu of taking us down this ugly path? I’m skeptical that Trump could convince or pressure Israel into going along with that

Couple comes in for their annual review. $2.8 million. Well invested. Solid Pension. Completely on track. I ask the question I ask everyone. "How is your daughter doing?" Mom's face changed first. Their daughter is 39. Hasn't asked for anything. Never complained. But she's been in the same apartment for six years. Daycare alone is $1,800 a month. Down payment feels impossible. Dad said "we always figured she'd get it eventually." I pulled up a simple chart. Statistically they live to 88. She inherits at 56. Maybe 60. At 60 her own retirement is eight years away. The money that could change everything at 39 arrives when her finish line is already close. Neither of them had ever seen it framed that way. The annual gift exclusion is $19,000 per parent per child. They can move $38,000 a year to her. No gift tax. No estate implications. Over ten years that's $380,000 transferred while they're healthy enough to watch it matter. Dad looked at his wife. "Why are we waiting?" Most families leave everything at death because nobody showed them the math of giving it while they're alive.

These 6 cities get more digital nomads and remote workers than anywhere else in Latin America... → Mexico City 🇲🇽 (functionality + food) → Buenos Aires 🇦🇷 (culture + affordability) → Medellin 🇨🇴 (weather + infrastructure) → Panama City 🇵🇦 (tax optimization + ease) → Santiago 🇨🇱 (first-world vibes + stability) → Asuncion 🇵🇾 (0% taxes + dirt cheap prices) Did I miss any other hotspots? What cities would you add to this list?

Peoples Reserve@PeoplesReserve

For years, Bitcoiners have heard the same line: "You can’t live in your Bitcoin." That perspective limits you to just two options. Sell your Bitcoin to buy a home… Or keep your Bitcoin and delay homeownership. We've created a third option. Bitcoin Powered Mortgages (BPM) A new framework for home financing that brings sound money into the housing system. Within the BPM umbrella lies a key innovation: Bitcoin Mortgage Insurance (BMI). Instead of simply protecting the lender, as traditional PMI does, BMI introduces a mortgage reserve that uses Bitcoin as a savings technology. Here’s the high-level idea: When buying a home, the borrower contributes BTC into a BMI escrow account. That Bitcoin acts as a reserve layer within the mortgage structure, helping secure the financing while remaining exposed to BTC’s asymmetric upside. Over time, that reserve powers an equity engine, significantly accelerating the timeline to full home ownership. You live in the home today, while your Bitcoin works in the background alongside your mortgage. Real estate provides stability. Bitcoin provides acceleration. Together, they provide a new path toward ownership and financial freedom. Take the next step: Integrate Bitcoin’s savings technology and transform how you achieve home ownership ⚡ Build Wealth Smarter.

I don’t know how many times it needs to be said If you are an AI loser there is nothing you can do to change the narrative except to accelerate Accelerate or die Maybe the paradigm will magically change. Maybe AI progress will stop. Until that happens? Accelerate or die

the truth about chatgpt and why it has gone downhill consistently even though the product has improved that nobody wants to admit or say out loud is that the company and product is run by homosexuals and this homosexual behavior bleeds directly into the product design remember all the sycophancy? the gaslighting and feeding into peoples delusions? the snarky patronization? now apparently clickbaity cliff hangers to get you to keep going? all of it is a product of the same thing homosexual thinking dictating product design it's why i stopped using chatgpt a long ass time ago not because i hate gays necessarily (tbh i'm not that bothered, people can do whatever they want just don't force it on me) but because i hate the feeling of a gay man inside a machine influencing the way i think i really couldn't stand it, it was so insufferable it's a shame tbh i genuinely loved using chatgpt and gpt in the beginning, it was like magic to me at first but the gays ruined everything
eric zakariasson@ericzakariasson

whats going on with chatgpt these days? almost all responses ends with clickbaity questions "if you want, i can tell you the one mistake that almost everyone forgets"

Costco checkout man gives me shit because my wife scanned her membership but I’m the one swiping the credit card. We’re both on the same membership, why does it matter? “It can’t be different people,” he mumbles, then turns to his assistant and speaks in a different language. He turns to look back at me, “I have to scan yours.” Astronomically low-trust society. But at least we have taco trucks.

what adam neumann is doing now is such an obviously good idea. most of american life unless scheduled is super isolationist so you rarely get those spontaneous interactions with ppl.. this sorta flips that around right at the point of where ppl spend majority of their lives. anyway, it’s super duper interesting to see the wework model applied to residential.
