Has "college ring" culture been a thing in most schools for a long time? It's huge at three schools in SC (USC, Clemson, Citadel). When I was at NCSU 20 years ago I didn't know a single person who bought a class ring. Is this a South Carolina thing or was NCSU just unusual?

G. Davidson, I'm not taking him that high, it's not decided that he's the starter and even if he is I'm down on Clemson offence this year. S. Gaines, we know he's in a split with D. Riley, might have even lost his spot as RB1A in eyes of the staff. At 12, I don't think you need to take a player like that. If Riley goes down Gaines could be good but his history suggest he'll be the one that gets injured not Riley. Rodney Fields, a nice zag option, I like the thinking, I'd take him, just not that early. More like very end of drafts.

I actually like this one a lot. The QB/RB groups in particular. I always advise waiting on QB until around that mid round range, and those top 2 are a few guys I like. Grabbing J. Roberts at the end is a must in my opinion with drafting Hardy. Another thing, having 10 RBs rostered is correct imo if you're drafting someone like Darius Taylor, although not all of those 10 are guys I would have selected where you took them, overall, a good group. D. Jones at the end for a potential nuclear option is nice too.

Otherwise, very good first draft!
